On January 1, 2021 I ordered a fur coat for my husband from MensUSA. My husband is 5'6 and I buy his clothes so I knew his size which is a 38. I ordered the 38 and when the coat arrived it said on the label 42. This coat swallowed my husband. I called MensUSA and told them they sent the wrong size. This lady I spoke with was trying to tell me I ordered a 38 which was extra large. She did not understand anything and was very mean and nasty with me saying that was what I ordered. So my question is if I ordered a 38 why did the label on the coat said it was a 42? I told her I was sending the coat back which I did and had to pay $18.95 to send back. I went online and ordered another coat from MensUSA in black on 1/11/21 and paid $189.00. So today, 2/8/21 I noticed MensUSA had taken $25.00 out of my checking account. I called them to find out why and was told they did an exchange. I said I never asked for an exchange because I had just ordered another coat 1/11/21 in black and I just wanted a refund for the coat that was 4 times too big. She called me a liar and said I asked for an exchange which I did not! Trying to deal with this company's customer service is the worst I ever had to deal with. They are absolutely rude and talk to you like they don't give a damn about what you have to say. They do not respect their customers. This lady I spoke with today did not care what I had to say she was right and that was that. I am really pissed off because it is my money they are playing with and going into my account taking more money for a coat that they took upon themselves to exchange and charged my account $25.00. I just had to pay to send back the first coat and now I have to pay again to return it. This just does not make any sense at all. I ordered a 38, the coat I received on the label was a 42. Why would I order a coat that's too big for my husband? The lady I spoke with which was the same lady I called in the beginning and asked for a manager because she was so nasty and would not listen to me whatsoever. Again, today she was even nastier and before I could finish my conversation she abruptly cut me off and said "have a nice day' and hung up on me. Unbelievable... I am out of almost $300 of my money and you have the nerve to treat me badly. I want a full refund for the white coat and all shipping charges they are making me pay to send back for an exchange.
