Beware of False Advertising and Nightmare Return Process with this Company!
This company is just terrible! They don't tell you the truth about their products and their return process is a complete nightmare! On their website, they say that they offer "free returns," "unconditional returns," and "free return shipping," but that's all a lie. When you get your order confirmation email, you'll see that they have a different return policy than what they have on their website. And they'll tell you that you "agreed" to this policy during checkout.
When we tried to return the suits that we didn't want, they actually offered us money to keep them! Can you believe that? And when we refused their offer, they told us that we'd have to pay to ship the suits back and also pay a possible restocking fee. And get this, even if they're the ones who made a mistake, like sending you the wrong product or a flawed product, you'll still have to go through this terrible return process.
They also try to trick you into thinking that all their suits are made of 100% wool, but that's not true at all. If you've already had to deal with this company and you need to contact them, don't bother with email. Just call them at ***963 and hit 0 when the automated menu options come up. That'll connect you with a representative right away.
But honestly, we don't think it'll do you any good. Talking to them on the phone is just as frustrating as emailing them. If you haven't done business with them yet, do yourself a favor and stay away. And watch out for their other names, Men's Italy and Men's Tuxedo USA. They're all the same terrible company.

I was so excited to buy suits for my groomsman from Men's USA (mensusa.com). But, after two months of back and forth with several mistakes by this company, I finally received all the suits (and not the ones I originally ordered). The customer service is non-existent, and every time I made a phone call, the team answering always said, "someone else is working on this case and aren't in today." I had that numerous times, and the company claim was that only one person could work on my order. So, I had to keep calling until that person happened to be in the office. Email doesn't work either because apparently any refund/exchange information can't be handled over the phone, and the lack of email communication is laughable. This experience was awful for what should have been a great experience for the best day of my life.
I also had to PAY for the company's mistake of sending the wrong suits! I had seven suits on order, and five were incorrect! They sent the incorrect sizes and then made us pay to ship back for the correct size. They also told me that I could mix and match the sizes, but turns out that was also a lie, and they would not honor what was told. It's the whole reason I decided to buy them because of that reason.
At one point, we had a representative who thought this whole process was a joke and historical and even just hung up mid-conversation because apparently he didn't feel like doing his job that day. Extremely rude customer service, and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!
There is a reason this company has such low ratings, and somehow I mistakenly ordered from this site through a different vendor. Nightmare Experience with Men's USA: Don't Waste Your Time and Money on Their Tuxedos
If you're in the market for a tuxedo and don't want to waste your time and money, then steer clear of Men's USA. I made the mistake of ordering a tuxedo for my wedding from them and it turned out to be a complete nightmare.
I ordered the tuxedo online on 09 DEC 21, with the expectation that it would arrive in plenty of time for my wedding on 10 JAN 22. However, when the tuxedo arrived on 14 DEC 21, it was the wrong size. I ordered a 34 Short, but they sent a 34 Regular instead.
I contacted their returns department on 15 DEC 21 and was told that I needed to provide a tracking number for the return before they could send out the exchange. I shipped the tuxedo back to them on 17 DEC 21 and had to pay for the shipping myself, which cost me about $22. On top of that, I had to pay an exchange fee of $25 and expedited shipping of $35.
The second tuxedo arrived on 25 DEC 21, but it was the wrong style, color, and size. I contacted their returns department again and was given the same runaround about providing a tracking number before they could send out the replacement. I had to pay for the shipping again, as well as the exchange fee and expedited shipping charge, which totaled $45.
The third tuxedo arrived on 05 JAN 22, but it was black instead of dark navy blue. I called customer service to report the error and was told that they had sent the correct tuxedo, even though it looked nothing like the photos online and had a different item number. They offered to send a replacement with expedited shipping, but it didn't arrive until 10 JAN 22, 5 hours after I had already boarded the cruise ship.
In the end, I had to make do with something else for my wedding and now I'm stuck trying to return yet another tuxedo and get a refund. My advice to anyone considering Men's USA is to stay far away.

This comes to file a complaint against the vendor MensUSA for failure to comply with my demand to refund the return shipping costs for the return of a mistaken item that they sent, which was unwanted and was priced less than the item I paid for.
11/28/2022 I ordered SKU#11020, a trench coat without a belt for $169 plus shipping for a total of $180. The order showed a photo of the item ordered and paid for.
On or about 12/4/2022 I opened the package I received and found it was the wrong item, SKU#2856, a coat with a belt that sold for $159.
12/5/2022 I emailed the company that the wrong coat was sent and that I wanted to return the wrong item. I indicated that I wanted to get the correct item.
12/5/22 The company responded with an offer of a one time refund of $30 if I would like to keep the item. I responded no thanks. It is the wrong item and requested the return slip/info.
12/6/2022 The company sent an email with return instructions and RMA#RET 20" There was no return shipping label even though it was their mistake.
12/6/2022 I sent the wrong item back to the company via FedEx Ground for a cost of $22.33 for which I demanded credit.
12/28/2023 I filed a fraud complaint with Wells Fargo when I did not get either the correct item or credit for the return shipping.
1/16/2023 I expressed my disappointment in not having heard from the company about correcting the situation.
2/21/2023 I called to follow up with Wells Fargo and they indicated that they were in touch with the company and that I would shortly have $180 credited to my account. However, that amount does not cover the return shipping that I laid out due to the company's error and lack of a return label.
2/22/2023 BBB received my complaint.
3/20/2023 BBB indicated that the company did not respond to my complaint.
I demand the return of the amount of $22.33 for the FedEx charge incurred due to the company's clear mistake.

Poor Experience with Men's USA: Multiple Orders with Issues
I've been shopping at Men's USA for a while now, and I have to say, my experience has been less than stellar. I've placed three orders with them, and each time, there's been some kind of issue.
The first time, I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as "in stock" on their website. After I placed the order, I received three phone calls from them over the course of three days, but they never left a message. When I finally called back, I found out that the shoes had been discontinued by the manufacturer. Why were they still listed as "in stock" on the website, then? It was frustrating to say the least.
The second time, I ordered an overcoat. They kept telling me it was being shipped, but it never arrived. I had to cancel the order because they didn't meet my deadline. Eventually, I reordered the coat and did receive it, but the detachable fur collar was missing. I had to call them to get it sent to me separately.
The most recent issue was with a suit and tie I ordered. When the package arrived, there was no tie in the box. I called them and was told they would ship it to me. A week later, I still hadn't received it, so I called again. This time, they claimed to know nothing about it. They promised to ship the tie and give me a tracking number, but I'm still waiting for that tracking number.
It's frustrating that they can't seem to get their act together. It shouldn't be that hard to make sure everything is in the box and to tell the truth about shipping times. Their customer service is terrible, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
Terrible Experience with Men's USA: Delayed Shipping, Substituted Items, and No Customer Service
I've bought stuff from Men's USA before and it was all good. I ordered a sport jacket and they said it would come in 4 business days. I tried to track it but nothing came up. After a week, they sent me an email saying they didn't have my jacket and offered me something else in a different color. I didn't like it, so I picked something else from TuxedoUSA, one of their other sites. They said they'd ship it, but after another week, I still didn't get any tracking info. So I called and they said they didn't have that one either, but they had something similar without a satin lapel. I asked for a picture, but they said they couldn't send one. I was getting tired of waiting, so I agreed to the substitute. But it's been another week and I still haven't gotten my jacket or any tracking info. I've sent them a bunch of emails, but they haven't answered any of them. This is the last time I'm buying from them and I'm gonna tell everyone I know not to buy from them either.
I own a business too, and I know that the most important thing is making sure your customers are happy. If you do that, the money will come. Men's USA didn't do that for me, so I'm not gonna give them any more of my money.

When I checked my account later, I noticed that the refund was not for the full amount. I called Men's USA again and the girl on the line told me that they only waive the restock fee if pictures of the damage are sent along with the tracking number. I was frustrated because the guy on the phone never mentioned this to me. The girl waived the restock fee because I was unhappy, but they kept the shipping cost for them to ship it to me. So, we ended up losing $40 because of their return policy.
I would not recommend Men's USA to anyone. It's not worth your energy, time, or money. We won't be shopping here again.

Now I am out the original purchase price and an additional $72.19 for the return shipping. It's really frustrating and I wish I had seen the horrible reviews before I tried buying anything from this company. No matter what product you see on their website, try to buy it from a reputable company that wants you to be happy. Men's USA is not that company.

ALL Three Items Sent By menusa Are NOT What I Ordered
Place my order online on April 23, 2022. Order 3 pleated dress pants. Paid extra to have them shipped to Canada. Their website says to check back in 3 days for tracking. Checked for 7 straight days. Finally called and they confirmed items would be shipped that Friday. Already a week late by this time. Received tracking number a week later. Supposed to have arrive on May 2, 2022. Delivery date changed 3 times. Finally received on May 6th, 2022.
Opened the package. All 3 pants were advertised as NO HELM. All 3 pants had hems. I ordered charcoal grey. Color was a very light grey. I ordered Navy, 65% polyester. Navy pants was 100% wool. Ordered black size 38 waist. Size was a 38 LARGE that was 2 TIMES my leg size. All 3 items are useless to me.
Their website says to email for refunds. I have emailed them in total since my purchase ELEVEN TIMES. THEY DID NOT ANSWER ONCE. I called them and now they want me to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. They messed up on ALL THREE ITEMS and yet they want me to pay to return. HUNDREDS of reviews state even after returning, clients never are refunded.
Desired outcome: I want my money refunded in full.
Bad advertising of colors, poor quality products
Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.
What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.
Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!
They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"
This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them.

Rude and short customer service person (Sandy)
I called regarding a suit I was purchasing in which I got a text message about.The customer service person who said her name was Sandy was short and very rude. I also asked to speak with a supervisor in which she replied she was the supervisor, which I doubt she was as she knew that I wanted to report her because I mentioned to her how rude she was being. This Tux was for my Daughters Wedding and I wanted to make sure it was right. I didn't want to purchase the suit I ended up with because it was above budget and was 40.00 more than the original suit I was purchasing...I see there are several complaints about rudeness with this company. I buy a lot of items for my husband online and thought I had found a company with integrity but that was not the case. I Would appreciate patience and exceptional or adequate service when I'm spending my money to buy a product and especially when it's on line. Insisted it was my responsibility to call FedEx when her coworker told me to call back today for resolution. When I asked to speak with someone else, she denied my request and stated no one else was available. I explained to her that I had paid an additional $50 for next day shipping and the tracking information that was sent to me has delivery pending for Tuesday 11/3. I needed the jacket by 10/30.
Desired outcome: 100% refund and cancellation of order, as indicated by representative I spoke to on 10/26.

I purchased a 3 piece suit. They charged men the price+free shipping+$10 for something. The pants and coat did not fit. I sent several emails and did not get a response for many business days. I tried to call during their business hours but no one ever answered. I ask for a RMA and days later they informed me that It could not be returned even though they have a 100% fit guarantee. I had to turn it over to my credit card company before they would agree to allow me to return it. I sent it back in the original box and all the tags and everything was still on there. They only refunded part of the suit price even though it was exactly like it was sent an even returned in the same box. I will never buy anything from this Shady and crooked company again. DO NOT buy anything from Mensusa.com, go to some other website or risk getting cheated by this company.
