I called on 7/9/2020, which is definitely not a holiday by any means. And, I had just spoken to a customer service member earlier that day, so it's hard to believe that the office was closed. It seems like they're just avoiding calls.
I'm so disappointed that they would take my money and not provide me with any product. It's just not right.
