I placed my order on November 27th and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, after four days, I realized that I had not received any shipping information. When I checked the website, it said that the estimated delivery date was December 16th, but the item had not yet been shipped. There was a tracking number for USPS, but when I checked it, it was not recognized.
I waited a few more days and checked again, but the website now said that the estimated delivery date was December 22nd and the item had still not been shipped. Once again, the USPS tracking number was not recognized. Frustrated, I decided to call KingSize Direct to find out what was going on. I was told that the item was with FedEx and would be delivered by December 18th. However, when that date came and went with no delivery, I checked the website again and found that my order history had disappeared. Luckily, I had written down my original order number, so I called KingSize Direct again to find out what was going on.
This time, I was told that they had no way to track the item and no tracking number. They said that their delivery partner had provided no information and that I would have to wait until December 25th to request a refund. I was really disappointed because I had spent a lot of money on this gift and now I couldn't get my husband anything else comparable. I had ordered other items from different companies after this and they had arrived before my KingSize Direct order. This experience has made me lose trust in this company and I don't think I will be doing business with them again.
The fact that the delivery dates kept changing and the tracking numbers didn't work was really frustrating. It seems like KingSize Direct doesn't have a good relationship with their delivery service vendor. It's not good business to tell customers to just request a refund if their item doesn't magically appear. If I had known that this was going to happen, I would never have ordered from them in the first place. This time, I was told that the robe was in stock and would be shipping out in a few days. I was excited, but my excitement was short-lived once again.
Yesterday, I received an email stating that my order was canceled because they couldn't charge my credit card. I was confused because there was plenty of credit available on my card. This morning, I called customer service again to inquire about my order. The customer service representative kept repeating that they couldn't charge my card, but I kept explaining that there was enough credit available on my card. I then asked if the robe was back in stock in the size and color I ordered. The representative said yes, but it was full price. I was disappointed, but I thought it was okay. However, I was shocked when I found out that the robe was not available, even though the website showed that it was available in the size and color I wanted at a sale price. I was confused and frustrated, and the customer service representative couldn't give me a straight answer.
In the end, I decided that I would never buy from KingSize Direct again. Their customer service was terrible, and their website was misleading. I will encourage everyone I know not to shop with them, and I will post my customer service review on all possible outlets. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy online store, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Terrible Customer Service and Incompetence at KSD
KSD Customer service is a joke. I've ordered a lot of things from this site and I've enjoyed their clothing for the most part, but the customer service is just plain bad. I've returned items to KSD on 3-4 separate occasions and it's always a hassle. It's like they give inbred chimps wet cardboard and broken crayons to keep track of customer orders. They never notify me when I get a store credit voucher for a return and they can never seem to track down any of my past orders. It's like their databases are run by boneless blobs with 9V-powered central nervous systems.
I've sent screenshots of their Gmail order confirmations and was even told that they didn't send it - it was from someone else! For example, I returned something in 2018 and they replied with "we credited this return to you last year"... WTF? You can't find the right order, but you can time travel? It's these types of shenanigans that I cannot/will not tolerate from any web-based retailer.
I asked the CSR to delete my address and stop sending me catalogs in the mail. Many of the clothes I bought in the past fit horribly and the measurements were always inches off. I've gotten better stuff on Ali Express ordering in the total blind! The only thing King-Sized about them is their collective incompetence! 3-4 years later and all the over-priced stuff in their catalogs look the same - bland, boring and a weak imitation of more authentic fashion trends that you could find more better-looking / fitting examples of at Wal-Mart or Target and not to mention for 1/3 the price.
Not to brag on myself, but what makes this separation of business even the more sweeter is the fact that I have lost so much weight that I can't even wear their stuff (anymore) anyway - so good riddance ++... in an empty pizza box sort of way.

I recently ordered a pair of swim trunks for my husband from KingSize Direct for Father's Day. My husband works hard and deserves a stylish pair of swim trunks to wear on our swim excursions. However, my experience with KingSize Direct was not a pleasant one.
Firstly, the shipping cost was exorbitant, and to make matters worse, they sent me two unwanted catalogs at my expense! This was quite frustrating, especially since I live within the United States. Additionally, every email I received after my order confirmation email had incorrect item information, even though the item I ordered was supposedly 'in stock'. The tracking information was also non-existent until the item showed up at my home.
To my dismay, what I received was a pair of women's jersey shorts in 2XL from another Full Beauty co-brand, Woman Within. This was completely incorrect and beyond frustrating. I immediately called KingSize Direct's customer service to rectify the situation. However, they refused to send the correct item immediately at their expense, and I was told that I would have to pay for it again until the returned item was received.
Despite offering to send picture proof of the mistake, I had no idea what they sent me. To make matters worse, I was charged for the return of their mistake, which was deducted from my refund total. This was unacceptable, and I spoke to three different 'supervisors' until I was assured (hopefully) that a notation was made on my account that I would not be charged for the return.
The customer service was lacking, and I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. They never acknowledged their mistake, never offered any solutions, and basically could care less since they already had my money ($60). I had no swim trunks, and now I had to fight to get my money back. I eventually cancelled my order and returned the unwanted merchandise.
I even filed a fraud claim with my bank and with BBB, as I was not willing to let this go. Other big and tall companies might be a little expensive, but at least they won't rip you off with their wrong and cheaply made merchandise. The label they printed to stick on the bagged item even plainly said the wrong size. This was unacceptable, and I shudder to think what would have happened if I had ordered a bunch of stuff and it was all wrong.
In conclusion, my experience with KingSize Direct was a complete disaster. The customer service was lacking, the shipping was expensive, and the merchandise was incorrect and cheaply made. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never order from them again.

KingSize Direct: A Scam for Plus Size Men's Clothing - My Experience
This website is a total scam, let me tell you. They trick you into buying clothes that don't fit at all, and when you try to hold them accountable, they just blame you for not using some kind of magic tool to figure out your size. I ordered a wool jacket from them because it's impossible to find plus size clothes for men in my country that don't look like they're meant for grandpas. I was starting to get pretty frustrated at this point, so I called the company to try to sort things out. But instead of helping me, they told me that because I was outside the 60-day return window when I sent the jeans back the first time, they wouldn't refund my credit card. I asked to speak to a manager, but they just told me the same thing.
I was pretty confused about why they kept sending me the same jeans back, so I asked to speak to their manager's manager. But apparently, no one in upper management was available to talk to me. I never got a call back, but I did get an email saying that exchanges and refunds were only an option within the 60-day return window. Which would be fine, except I wasn't outside the window when I sent the jeans back the first time. So why did they send me the wrong size in the first place?
Long story short, I now have a pair of jeans that cost me $80 (thanks to all the return shipping), but I can't wear them because they're the wrong size. And KingSize Direct has some seriously terrible customer service. If you're lucky enough to get the right thing on your first try, then great. But if you need to return or exchange something, be warned. They won't help you, even if it's their mistake. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them. Apparently, I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with KingSize Direct. I ordered a winter jacket back in February of this year, and it was out of stock at the time. No big deal, I figured I'd just wait until it was back in stock. But then, the expected restock date got pushed back not once, but twice. And this morning, I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled altogether. Not cool, KingSize Direct. Not cool.
Now, I get that there are supply chain issues and all that jazz, but it's still frustrating. Especially since the jacket was on sale for $59.99 when I ordered it, and now it's over $100. And to add insult to injury, this isn't even the first time I've had issues with this company. A couple years ago, I ordered some pants that needed to be shortened, and one pair came back with the wrong inseam. I had to send them back and pay extra to get them fixed. Not exactly a great customer experience.
I work in the furniture business, so I know a thing or two about importing products from overseas. And let me tell you, we honor the prices we quote. We might adjust our prices for future orders, but we don't go back on our word. That's just not how you treat customers.
Anyway, I've attached a screenshot of the jacket I ordered, as it appears on the KingSize Direct website today. As you can see, it's now twice the price I paid for it. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this company again.

I placed an order late in August. I had moved to a different apartment & indicated that on the ship to address. It was delivered to my old apartment. I have submitted two signed affidavits which they claim not to have received. I have indicated I want to reorder after my account is credited.
I spoke to several KingSize people & then a supervisor. First they wanted me to resubmit the affidavit for a third time. Then, since they have a picture of the box at a "door", they refused to credit my account. I asked if that picture includes the apartment number on the door. It did not. It could've been delivered anywhere. I'm canceling my account. They honestly did not have the ability to understand my issue.

Poor Return Process and Customer Service: Our Experience with Kingsize Direct

My husband called Kingsize to inquire about the delay and was told they could not provide a ship date. He asked to cancel the order, but they said it wasn't possible because the item was on the loading dock. We were just about to file a dispute with the credit card company when the item finally arrived, about two weeks later.
It took two months from the date of the initial return and numerous calls before the new item arrived. The experience was frustrating and time-consuming. We would not recommend Kingsize Direct to anyone.
Terrible Customer Service Experience with KingSize Direct: Zero Stars
I been buying stuff from KingSize Direct for years and it's been all good until now. I was trying to use a discount code on my order but it wouldn't work. So I called the number on the website and talked to this lady in the membership department. She told me that I couldn't use the discount because I already had a membership and they had been taking money out of my account. I was like, what membership? I didn't sign up for no membership. So I asked her to cancel it and she said she would send me an email with a discount code for 10% off and free shipping. But when I tried to use it, I couldn't log into my account. So I called back and talked to another person who said my account had been terminated. What the heck? So I asked them to cancel my order and they transferred me to customer service, but it was just an automated service with no option to cancel. I called back and got the same thing, and then found out they were closed. So I called this morning to cancel my order but the guy said it was too late and I would have to send it back for a refund. This is some messed up service, man. I ain't never buying nothing from them again. Zero stars.

I made an order on kingsizedirect.com in mid-September, but unfortunately, the size I ordered didn't fit me well. I returned the item and asked for the same inseam but a different waist. However, the prepaid return postage was a joke because I dropped it at the post office, but it wasn't picked up by their "return agent" for almost a week. Then it took several days for the package to get back to them. All in all, it took TWO WEEKS for them to get the item for exchange. Finally, I received an email saying that the replacement items had been shipped. I looked up the order on their website, only to discover that THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO HEM THE PANTS!

I waited for the unhemmed pants and returned them immediately to try yet again to get the right size. I placed my original order on September 18th, which was almost SEVEN WEEKS AGO! And again, I had to wait for nearly two weeks for the company to get the returned item. It was quite frustrating to deal with their incompetence.
What made it worse was that while I was trying to sort out the issue, the company had the audacity to spam me twice a day with emails trying to get me to place more orders. Seriously, they need to get their act together and focus on improving their customer service instead of bombarding their customers with spam emails.

When the maximum delivery period had passed and my uncle had not received his order, he tried to cancel it. But he was placed on hold for hours and no one answered. When he sent them a message, it took 3 days for them to respond, and their tone was impolite and dismissive. They basically told him that he was not important and that he needed to wait.
When my uncle finally got through to someone on their 800 number, he was told that the order was "in process" and could not be cancelled. This was despite the fact that the order had not shipped and there was no guaranteed delivery date. It was clear that they did not care about their customers or their satisfaction.
To make matters worse, after my uncle called them, they mysteriously changed their message to "order may arrive after the date listed on your order tracking page". This was added after they had failed to deliver on time, and it was clear that they were trying to cover their tracks.
In conclusion, I would not recommend KingSize Direct to anyone. Their service is unreliable, their delivery time frame is excessive, and their customer service is rude and dismissive. Save yourself the hassle and order from a more reputable company.
KingSize Direct's Expedited Shipping is a Scam - Don't Waste Your Money!
I gotta say, don't ever pay for that fancy expedited shipping from KingSize Direct. I made the mistake of shelling out $34 for 2-day shipping, thinking I'd get my order by Friday. But nope, it didn't arrive until the following Monday. That's a whole 6 days after I made my purchase, and 4 business days after. I mean, I only paid for the speedy shipping because I needed the item fast, you know? But they totally screwed me over.
So I called them up, thinking I could at least get a refund on that $34. But nope, they told me that when I paid for express shipping, it was in tandem with standard shipping. And since they failed on the express part, I still had to pay for the standard. They only wanted to refund half of my $34, can you believe it? Like, why would anyone pay $16.99 for standard shipping (which takes 6-10 business days), when they could get free shipping (which takes 7-12 days)? It's like they know they won't deliver on time, but they still want to rip you off.
It took them a whole 36 hours just to pick and pack my order and get it to UPS in Kentucky. And yet, they expect it to magically arrive in California in just 48 hours? Come on, now. They know from the moment you pay for express shipping that they don't have to deliver on their promise, and they still get to charge you $16.99. It's almost like straight-up fraud, if you ask me.
I even said I wanted to cancel my entire order, but they didn't seem to care. They told me that even if I refused the order or shipped it back, they still wouldn't refund me the $17. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, they lost my business for good. I'm sticking with DXL from now on. Sure, their big and tall clothes might be more expensive, but at least they always deliver when they say they will, and they don't cheat their customers.
And don't even get me started on KingSize's customer service. They talked to me like robots, like they had a script to follow and didn't care about my concerns. Save yourself the headache and don't deal with this company.

I also ordered an XL swim trunk for my husband, which was the smallest size they had. Unfortunately, it was like a boat sail on him. To make matters worse, the shipping process was a nightmare. It took over a month for them to even send out the items after I paid, and when I called to inquire about the delay, they had all sorts of excuses. When the items finally arrived, it took nearly a month to get to me. They sent it on April 21, 2021, and it was finally delivered on May 10, 2021. However, one item was missing, which was supposed to be sent a few days later according to their website.
I decided to wait to mail the returns back because I had made up my mind that I wasn't keeping anything. The quality and size were not up to par, and I was also unhappy with how I was treated. The missing item showed up right before my vacation, so I had to take the items with me to mail them back from my destination.
I sent the items back on June 15, 2021, which was definitely within 60 days of when I received them. However, when I received a package back on August 7, 2021, I was disappointed to find out that I didn't receive a refund. Instead, the package contained the items I had returned, with a note saying "Old Merchandise." They claimed that the cut-off date for returns was June 20, even though the post office had the package out for delivery on June 18.
It's frustrating to see a company keep someone's money for crappy quality merchandise. They seem to have every excuse as to why it's okay for a customer to wait on them to receive a product they paid for, but they won't refund money based on what they believe is biased to only benefit them. I didn't receive the product until May, so I don't think it's fair for them to have such a strict cut-off date for returns.
If KingSize Direct wants their customers to have understanding and grace for their shortfalls, they should be giving the same. Unfortunately, based on the numerous poor reviews I've seen, it doesn't seem like they do.

I paid it off in December, but little did I realize that even with a zero balance, KS would decide to charge me a minimum interest fee. I was so surprised and disappointed by this shady practice. And to make matters worse, when I didn't realize there was a fee on my account, they charged me a late fee. This went on for THREE MONTHS, and each month, the late fee got bigger. I couldn't believe it! It was so shady and unfair.
To my surprise, KS decided to contact me to bug me over the bill just yesterday. They began bombarding my phone with calls, and I was teaching at the time and couldn't answer right away. When I finally did, I was confused about the balance. I paid it back down to zero thinking maybe my son ordered something and then looked at my account online. I was shocked to see that they were charging interest on a zero balance and a late fee for a 2.00 fee that is too ridiculous to even contemplate! I mean, really?!
I'll admit that I should have read the fine print, but I just figured that since they're all linked, KS would have the same policies as WW and R, neither of which have a minimum interest payment. I was wrong in my assumption that this is a reputable business, and I canceled my account yesterday as well. The weird thing is that I can still log on and access my info, so now I'm worried that KS is not going to honor the cancellation. It's so shady and unprofessional.
My recommendation to anyone who is contemplating opening an account with an in-store card is to not do it. It's just not worth it. KS should be ashamed of their shady practices, and I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and policies.
Terrible Customer Service and Return Policy at KingSize Direct - Avoid at All Costs!
I gotta say, I'm not one to complain much. I'm usually pretty chill about things. But let me tell ya, my experience with KingSize Direct Customer Service was a real doozy. I ordered a couple of Christmas gifts for my hubby back in October, and only one of the shirts ever showed up. I mean, come on, what kind of operation are they running over there?
So, after Christmas, I tried to return the one shirt I did get because it was way too small. And get this, when I went to do the return online, there was no mention of their super strict 60 day return policy. And they don't even take the holidays into consideration! I mean, seriously, who does that? So, I ended up trying to return the shirt 63 days after I bought it, but apparently that's a big no-no in their book.
When I called customer service to try and sort things out, I was met with some of the rudest people I've ever talked to. And I talked to three different people, all of whom were just awful. They basically told me that KingSize Direct doesn't care when or why you ordered something, and that they can't help you no matter what. Even if I had called on the 61st day, they wouldn't have done anything for me.
Now, I do a lot of my shopping online, and I've never had such a terrible experience with customer service. And I've definitely never dealt with a company that doesn't take holiday shopping into consideration. I mean, come on, it's the holidays! Cut us some slack, right?
And to top it all off, the return process was a complete nightmare. It probably cost them more to accept the return, repackage it, print a new invoice with a bogus reason for the return, and then pay for shipping than it did to just let me return the dang shirt. It's just unbelievable.
Anyway, I'm never shopping at KingSize Direct or any of their affiliate companies again. And I suggest you don't either. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I left specific request that you ring door bell upon delivery. Order was left on the ground in front of door. Packages stolen. I am very upset. Can not reach live agent assistance. Frustrated and wanting to be refunded for this purchase. Originally ordered as Christmas gifts. 1st, the order was delivered wrong sizes. Now late and stolen because it was left unattended. ! Uggghhhh!

Credit card fees
11/29/22 I called to cancel my card. They charged interest and fees on a zero balance card and continued to charge fees. This is after their portal was unavailable for well over a month, I believe. I kinda feel like they did that on purpose to try to throw people off so that they could do this. I don't understand how there could be interest charged to a zero balance card. I had to pay the fees to cancel the card. Customer service were condescending and failed to address my specific issue, instead giving me an elementary lesson on how credit cards work. I tried to stop the rep by saying I know how credit cards work, and she told me I was interrupting her, which is what I was trying to do, but I let her finish being condescending. When I asked her to address the specific charges she hung up on me. They literally stole from me and won't even address it. I was offered a refund by direct message with another representative but that it would only come if I had a balance on the card. I was going to ask the rep on the phone but she hung up on me before I could ask. Also, their clothes suck and are inferior in quality and not even consistent with regard to fit. Absolutely the worst and they prey on an underserved community.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund for the interest charge and the fees.

As a customer you get mislead by customer service and management. I been shopping with kingsize for several years and the over all service is not up to part.
