on 3/26/2020 I went in at 7:15am being I am 65 I went to get toilet paper and Norma was just screaming that everyone only take 1 of t.p. kleenix, napkins etc. There was a large sign reminding customers to take only 1 each. Just to let you know Norma was very rude yelling in a ugly voice to take only 1!
It was so degrading for her behavior as no one was taking anymore than 1 item like the posted sign said. Just rude! Checking out was another line to wait in until we were called to go to the next available checker. At this time it was 8:00 a m so I asked the chashier, why only 3 lines available for check out? Her name was Kim another rude person she said what do you expect us to do for we close at 8pm so we need to get people to work when we can. Just all so humiliating to say the least! who needs people like that working at Ralphs? This two women are definatly old timers and could sure use some classes on customer service.
After Kim rang up my groceries of course she didn't give me any bag credit.
I must of taken at least 15. Maybe these 2 women are overworked and underpaid. Please make sure this doesn't keep happening to other guests. Thank you
