I purchased a loveseat recliner #06171FAMQHW for a cost of $1, 077.48.
I was told that the console for the loveseat was on back order but I should
have it by 8/12/21. I agreed to wait. I have been contacted on 2 different occasions with a new date. why is it that the ones in the store have consoles
in them, both here and SD. I am very disappointed in the service I have received. I like shopping at Mors but doubt I will continue. someone should be able to solve this problem. The SKU # is [protected].

Mor Furniture - Couch purchase
I ordered a couch in July, 2020 and they delivered part of the sectional. We have received notices of delay after delay after delay for the rest. Now they say it will not arrive until March 21. Almost a year later we still don't have a complete couch. They will only offer a partial refund as we "should not have accepted the pieces we did" There refund policy sucks and the dishonesty at time of purchase is grossly overboard.

Mor Furniture - Delivery of a dining room set
Your company has misrepresented several times for a delivery of a Dinning room set. My set was purchased in early October. While with the sales rep she informed me the table itself wouldn't be available till late October or early November. But there was an available table in Northern California that her manager would try to get it for us. I said as long as I could have it for Thanksgiving I would be fine. She promised no later than Nov 6th. Well at the end of October I checked and the table wasn't going to be available till the 6th. Come the 6th I called and was told someone would call me back. I went to the store direct and set with the Manager and he said he would do what he could to get me a better date. Then I was told the 16th. The 16th came around and I was promised it would be in on the 25th. The only thing they were waiting on was the table. I called the 25th and was told it would be delivered on the 27th along with my other items. Now they are delivering and I dont have the table. I called in and they said the table is in and now the chairs are missing. They said someone called me on the 25th to tell me. That is one huge lie as I am the one that called and they said it would be delivered on the 27th. Your company has put a family on the floor for Thanksgiving. I spend many thousands of dollars furnishing my whole home with your company and this is what you do with your clients. Shame on you!
Mor Furniture - Poor customer service/all-around service
Saw advertisement on television and heard from a friend about service, thought it was a good idea to check it out. They, Mor Furniture, were running a four year no tax financing, even better idea! Find a bedroom set, order it, told that it was the most popular set in the store, , whatever. The sales manager said that it shouldn't be no more than four to five weeks before set would be delivered. Oh, we bought a new mattress too - delivered the next day just fine.
The delivery people got an attitude when asked to see their Mor Furniture IDs before entry into house. The delivery men that are supposed to take the old mattress with them following delivery, said that they did not have enough room in their truck to put the old mattress. They would have to pick it up once the remaining furniture was delivered. The fourth/fifth week, supposed delivery week, Mor Furniture calls to reschedule, fine, two more weeks waiting.
Following the two weeks, Mor furniture calls again, missing pieces for the bed, different stories from warehouse manager, and sells rep concerning which particular piece is missing. Also find out that the whole set, minus the mattress, is being discontinued. Wife calls Mor's regional office, lady - extremely rude, states that the options are to wait for the remaining pieces, coming in June (it is now April, and I'm sleeping on my mattress on the floor), come into the store and choose another bedroom set, or simply cancel the sell and go to another store - who tells a customer to go to another store when your store is at fault?
The delivery of the box springs and frame come; decided to cancel order and get the box springs and frame that go with the mattress. The delivery men set the frame up so that there is a five inch gap between the box springs, the bed is a cal-king, and set out to call it a day. When asked about the gap they look at it and go to resetting the frame so that there is not a gap. Once complete, they are forcing my $2000 tempurpedic bed box springs into the frame to make it fit, then throw the mattress on. When asked about taking the old mattress and box spring, they say that they cannot due to not having enough room in their truck. I see that they do and ask what the hell I'm suppose to do with my old mattress and box spring. They grumbled something that they don't pick up the mattress if they didn't deliver it, so I tell them that the previous deliverymen said that the mattress and box spring would be picked up. Needless to say, they made room for the mattress and box spring and took off grumbling.
In the process of forcing the new box springs into the frame they ripped the bottom of the box spring, and bent in one side. The frame wasn't even put together correctly!
So, if you want to have your furniture jacked up during delivery, if it gets to you when it's suppose to, then go ahead go to Mor Furniture. I would not use More furniture ever again, and have informed my co-workers to not go. Bad business and bad service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I'm currently going through the process with their lies. It seems like they tell everyone the same thing. Horrible customer service.
