Irvine Company - Falsely accused of smoking

I am law abiding citizen, where I live no smoking sign everywhere, which I am glad since I have Asthma, can't stand the smell of cigarette and yet I am accused of smoking! Supposedly someone called and complained that the smell coming from my apartment and that security patrol verified the accusation. I am getting one warning after another, one more warning they said I will be evicted! Despite all the e-mails I sent to the property manager Tam, assistant manager Allison, and Irvine Co. telling them that I do not smoke or know anyone who smokes. I am out of my place all day and barely have people over, in no vain!
So sad to know that there are sick, evil people in this world who likes to harm innocent people by creating or fabricating this charade and for the Irvine Co, to not investigate further or show me some evidence, It's not fair.
I live in fear, I have anxiety attacks, can't comprehend all what's happening. What a nightmare.

Same thing happened to me today lol. Irvine company needs to find a new security agency not one full of dudes who want to be cops and go on insane power trips.

Irvine Company - very horrible experience

I have been with irvine company for 8 years, since I moved from my country and my wife family for 32 years. We both left the community of baywwod in newport beach for several reasons: the main one the poor, rude and non professional management!
Alison lee, is one that person that if I had a business and for mistake I had hired her, I would have brought her in court in order to get payed the damage that she is able to do with the guest of the business. Very unprofessional, rude and arrogant, she completely forgot the hospitality rules. I reminded her several times I was a resident and she was working in hospitality. She has been so rude and unprofessional to me that I bought the first house available in order to leave the community!
She tried to rip me off with the last statement, but fortunately I was able to prove it. I have document to show and prove you she tried to rip me off, please contact me if you want it ([protected]). I have some proof tha irvine company's communities are not very safe and dirty, full of roaches. Reason? Poor management.
I have a video shows how you keep electricity and water in the broiler rooms and how all this is against the law... I don't know if the city of newport beach would be very happy to see it.
As of today, even if I have payed all my final bill, I still receive notification of payments.
This is offensive!
Shame on you and alison lee irvine company. My power of mouth will let know everybody I will meet in my life how horrible you are!

Totally agree! Sorry for you and your family, I've been with Irvine company several years as well through 3 different communities but honestly this is the first time to have such a horrible experience in Baywood, specifically with
Allison Lee, I always had a positive review about Irvine company people in my 2 previous experiences. I have no problem with Irvine company so far, I just wonder how they hire someone very unprofessional like this person! She is not here for customer or resident service, actually she is here to behave us, she is acting like she is paying us the rent or doing us a favor. She is treating people so differently depends on whatever in her mind.. I'm an exhausted hard working single mom raising 3 children, I was having a hard time with my mom who fought an aggressive stage 4 terminal cancer, my entire year been an emotional wreck for me since my mom passed! A friend of mine gave my daughter a cute puppy in her birthday, helping us to add some joy to our home and make my kids busy as they were so attached to their grandma. At the first day Alison saw the puppy she asked me if we're going to keep it we have to notify the office, I told her sure I will, but mainly it's my friend's puppy and let's see if my kids will love him, she keep proceeding with her mean comment, " But you still cannot babysit the puppy in your apartment"! Next day immediately she issued an official letter, kind of (threat letter) that my building is not pet friendly and we may need to move!I went to the office to understand what exactly she meant, because the other 3 units in (my building) have dogs, then they told me sorry she meant your unit is not pet friendly and also all dogs owners in the community provided us an animal support letter, I fully respect the procedures, as we are all (me & my kids)qualified to have this letter according to our situation and emotional condition. 2 weeks after I provided them the letter, I found a new memo on my door that they are sorry they are unable to approve my letter! Excuse me? Who are you to approve my health condition or not? Who are you to know what my kids are going through and what can help them?! I don't even have to tell you my full story or share my private life to beg for your approval! Resident service agent are not here to play the judge role, I believe all you need is to be covered by document requested that's all.
2 month ago, I paid my rent on the 30th and I got the payment confirmation, 5 days after, I received an email that I owe them the rent plus $75 late fees! I went to the office to understand and ask their help to remove the late fees, I show them the confirmation, Alison rudely answered trying to embarrassing me in front of her team" your account wasn't sufficient" I opened my statement and proved that it was sufficient enough for the rent and my payment successfully submitted, another automatic payment happened in the third of the month who caused the problem, she said yes because our process usually takes about 4, 5 days! But the rent was my priority to pay before any other bills, I even paid before the due date! why should I pay for your process delay! Even if this is how it is, she can be more understanding but this is definitely against her attitude. Sorry for writing so long, I have a lot more to say and also I have all document to prove everything I shared, but the conclusion is, that person behavior added so much pressure to our life, more stress and worry! she caused a big insecurity issue to my little ones instead of improving their emotional situation, they are getting worse :( We never feel Home or welcomed..
She is trying all her ways to force me to move! She just doesn't like some people!
