Moving out of North Park (San Jose) of Irvine Company has been a complete nightmare, ending with an outrageous $9,000 bill.
We had to break our lease early due to a work relocation and took the rent-responsible route, thinking Irvine Company would handle it fairly. Big mistake! They made things worse at every turn. Even though they’re legally required to make reasonable efforts to re-rent our apartment, they took it off the market multiple times, leaving it unavailable for over a month. That’s not trying—it’s negligence.
When we reached out to ask what was going on, the management refused to provide any details about the re-rental process. Without this information, we’re left completely in the dark about how they justified such a massive final bill.
