Sublet.com Disappointing Experience with Sublet.com: A Review

I recently had an experience with Sublet.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My property manager suggested that I list my apartment on the website when I needed to find someone to take over my lease. At first, I was excited about the prospect of finding a new tenant quickly and easily. However, my experience with Sublet.com did not live up to my expectations.

Almost immediately after creating my listing, I started receiving daily emails from Sublet.com about all the "hits" my listing was getting. At first, I was excited to see that my listing was generating interest. However, as the days went on, I started to feel like the emails were more of a ploy to get me to upgrade my account than an accurate reflection of the interest in my listing.

After a few days of receiving these emails, I decided to bite the bullet and upgrade to a premium account. I figured that if I wanted to find a tenant quickly, I needed to do everything I could to make my listing stand out. Unfortunately, upgrading my account did not seem to make much of a difference. In fact, as soon as I paid for the upgrade, the emails from Sublet.com stopped completely.

Weeks went by without a single hit on my listing. I started to wonder if anyone was even seeing it. I couldn't help but feel like I had wasted my time and money on Sublet.com. I had been promised all these "leads" and "hits," but in reality, my listing seemed to be invisible.

Overall, my experience with Sublet.com was not a positive one. While I appreciate the idea behind the website, I don't think it delivered on its promises. The constant emails and pressure to upgrade my account felt like a scam, and the lack of interest in my listing was disappointing. If you're looking for a website to help you find a sublet or a tenant, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Waste of Time and Money, Try Flip Lease or Craigslist Instead

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Sublet.com. I mean, I shelled out $40 for their service and got absolutely nothing in return. I spent hours creating a post, searching for tenants, and sending emails back and forth, but it was all for nothing. And this was in New York City, mind you!

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. If you're looking for a better option, I'd suggest giving Flip Lease a try. Or heck, even Craigslist would be an upgrade from this mess.

One thing that really irked me was that they don't offer refunds or free trials. So if you're not happy with the service, tough luck. And don't even get me started on the responses from the company - they're all a bunch of baloney.

Save yourself the time and money and steer clear of Sublet.com. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Sublet.com Effortlessly Rent Out Your Apartment with Sublet.com - A User-Friendly and Affordable Platform!

I recently signed up for Sublet.com to rent out my apartment and I must say, it was a breeze! The website is super user-friendly and I was able to easily navigate through the different features. I was able to contact potential tenants through the mail center and even upgraded to the tenant database service, which allowed me to reach out to all the users on the site who were looking for an apartment in my area. This was a game-changer for me as I was able to find a tenant quickly and easily.

Posting my apartment listing was a piece of cake. I was able to add all the necessary information and even upload pictures to showcase my apartment. One of the best features of Sublet.com is that I was able to do a credit check and background check on prospective tenants through the website. This saved me a lot of time and money as I didn't have to use other services that charge a lot more.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience on Sublet.com. The website is easy to use, affordable, and has a lot of useful features. I am very happy with my new tenants and plan on using Sublet.com again in the future when they move out. I highly recommend this website to anyone looking to rent out their apartment or find a new place to live. A+ website!

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: A Frustrating and Disappointing Experience with Scam Tactics

So, I recently had an experience with Sublet.com and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant one. I had heard about the scams that they pull, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. I mean, who knows, maybe I could find a great deal on a sublet, right?

Well, I was wrong. After browsing through their listings, I found a place that I was interested in. I clicked on the "contact listing" button, but to my dismay, an error code popped up telling me that I needed to upgrade my account to contact the person. I was frustrated, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if there was a way around it.

That's when I received an email from Sublet.com offering me a promotional account that would give me 5 free contacts. I was excited and clicked on the link provided in the email. Lo and behold, the promotional account was activated! I went back to the listing and clicked on "contact listing" again, but to my surprise, the same error code popped up.

I was beyond frustrated at this point, so I decided to call their customer service number. I spoke to a guy named Steven, who was less than helpful. I explained to him about the email I received and the promotional account that was supposed to give me 5 free contacts. But all he kept telling me was that I needed to go to Sublet.com and follow the instructions to upgrade my account.

I repeated myself four times, but he still didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I was starting to wonder if he was even listening to me. I mean, come on, Steven, get it together!

In the end, I realized that Sublet.com was just a rip-off scam site that was wasting my time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for sublets elsewhere.

Sublet.com Disappointing Experience with Sublet.com: Lack of Communication and Misleading Listings

I was on the hunt for a rental in Canada and stumbled upon Sublet.com. I was excited to find a website that could potentially help me find a place to stay. However, my experience was not what I expected. I reached out to many renters, but unfortunately, many of them did not bother to reply. As a family with a small child, I felt like we were not welcome. It was disappointing, to say the least.

But I didn't give up hope. I decided to look for a short-term rental for my husband alone and paid the fee. However, my experience did not improve. Some of the renters who I reached out to said that the property was not available, even though it was listed on Sublet.com. One woman even refused to give me the address of the property. It was frustrating to say the least.

I continued my search and finally found a potential rental. However, the person who I was communicating with was unable to answer any of my questions clearly. They kept blessing me and wishing me all the best, but it didn't help me get the information I needed. It was confusing and left me feeling unsure about the rental.

I decided to reach out to Sublet.com and explain my experiences. I provided them with three links to listings that I found problematic, but unfortunately, I never received a response. It was a waste of my time, money, and hopes.

As someone from Europe, I am not used to encountering so much scam in one place. It was disappointing to have such a negative experience with Sublet.com. I hope that they can improve their services and provide a better experience for their users.

Sublet.com Sublet.com's Account Verification Process is a Waste of Time and Causes Unnecessary Stress

I just got off the phone with Sublet.com and let me tell you, they waste so much of their users' time by locking accounts while they take days to verify if you're a real estate agent or not. It's ridiculous! I mean, I would have gladly provided this info online as it's required by law to disclose. But no, they had to lock my account and make me wait 3 whole days to return my call/online email request. They could easily do this vetting online and save everyone the heartache!

Now that I've finally been verified, I don't have another 2 days to see if I can finally get back into my temporarily suspended account, per the tech support people. It's just ridiculous! I'm taking my business elsewhere! In the meantime, I've found it much easier to just find the sublet property address on their site and then do a quick online search. You can get contact info for the desired properties and deal with them directly to bypass this mess. Just saying!

I mean, come on Sublet.com, get with the times! You're wasting people's time and causing unnecessary stress. It's not like we have all day to wait for you to verify our accounts. We have lives to live and things to do! So, if you're looking for a sublet property, I suggest you find the address on Sublet.com and then do a quick online search to get the contact info for the desired properties. It's much easier and less stressful than dealing with Sublet.com's ridiculous account verification process.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: A Complete Scam and Waste of Time

I recently had an experience with sublet.com and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I was excited to find a potential sublet through their website and eagerly contacted the first agent I saw. However, I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay $12 just to access the agent. Despite this, I went ahead and paid the fee, hoping to secure the sublet.

To my dismay, the agent did not get back to me until two days later, only to inform me that the sublet was at least one or two years old and he couldn't even remember it. I was frustrated that I had wasted my money on a sublet that wasn't even available.

I decided to continue my search on sublet.com, hoping to find a better option. However, I found that all the properties listed as available were not actually available. Out of six inquiries, I only received two callbacks and the companies were never available for 1 to 2 months. It was a complete waste of my time and money.

I reached out to sublet.com to request a refund, but they asked me to prove which agents I had contacted and who had turned me down. I didn't want to waste my time doing a full investigation, especially since I had messaged through their service and they knew exactly how I had navigated their website. It was their job to ensure that the properties listed were actually available, but they seemed to be playing dumb and taking my money like they do every day.

Overall, I would not recommend sublet.com to anyone looking for a sublet. They suck your money in and lie about the availability of their properties. It's a complete scam and a waste of time. Save your money and look elsewhere for a sublet.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Unreliable "Trusted" Landlords & Poor Customer Service

At first, I thought Sublet.com was a pretty good site. I mean, it's got a lot of apartments to choose from and they even have a feature that shows you which landlords are "trusted". So, I went ahead and picked an apartment from one of these "trusted" landlords, Carolyn Rusin. But boy, was I wrong to trust this website!

You see, Carolyn hasn't paid me back my security deposit yet. And even though I contacted Sublet.com about it, they haven't done anything to help me out. I mean, I haven't even received a response from them! Meanwhile, Carolyn keeps sending me emails saying that she's mailed the check, but it never arrives. And get this - I'm living in the Upper West Side, while the apartment I rented is in the Upper East Side, where Carolyn's office is located. So, there's really no reason why it should take months to refund a payment.

Honestly, I don't think the "trusted landlord" feature on Sublet.com is reliable at all. And if you're not living in the U.S., you might as well forget about ever getting your security deposit back. It's just not worth the risk. And don't even bother paying for their signature service - you can get the same thing on Craigslist for free.

So, my advice to you is to be very careful when using Sublet.com. Don't trust their "trusted" landlords and don't expect any help from their customer service. Good luck out there and I hope this review helps you avoid the same mistake I made.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Poor Customer Service and Credit Card Security Concerns

Hey, I just wanted to share my experience with sublet.com. So, I recently posted a new room for rent on their website and tried to upgrade my account by calling their number. Unfortunately, no one answered and I had to leave a voicemail.

After a while, I received a call from someone in India who asked for my credit card information. As someone with a former Cyber Security background, I was hesitant to give out my credit card information to someone who initiated the call. So, I asked a few questions to the supervisor in NJ who I was transferred to.

However, the supervisor was not very helpful and told me that she wouldn't spend time with me on the phone for $20 because there were clients paying thousands of dollars to advertise. I was disappointed with the way I was treated and wondered if this was how sublet.com's employees were supposed to treat potential clients.

Despite this experience, I have used sublet.com before and have paid for their services. I just hope that they can improve their customer service and treat all their clients with respect, regardless of how much they are paying.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Scam or Legit? My Experience with Finding Tenants in Dallas

I recently decided to use Sublet.com to find tenants for my room rentals in Dallas. I paid the standard fee of $25 for 30 days of access to potential tenants on the site. To my surprise, there were over 30 tenants available to contact. However, I was disappointed to find that I did not receive a response from any of them, despite requesting the same rent they were looking for.

To make matters worse, the owner of the site did not pick up phone calls and only provided an automated machine to leave messages. After emailing him, he informed me that I needed to be listed as a "Trusted" landlord for free. I requested this three times, but he did not follow through. I then informed him that I had lost two weeks of my 30-day listing because he had not labeled me as a "trusted landlord." I also threatened to write a bad review of my experience.

Finally, the owner labeled me as trusted and sent me a couple of fake tenant replies to my account. However, he blocked the tenants' contact numbers and informed me that I needed to pay more for premium access to the number. This was not explained in the initial listing, and I felt like I was being scammed into paying for fake listings. It seemed like the website owners were only interested in collecting money from both parties without providing any real value.

In conclusion, I disputed the charge on my credit card, and thankfully, my card company accepted it. I would not recommend using Sublet.com as it seems like a scam to me.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Frustrating Experience, False Listings, and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Sublet.com. I've been trying to find a place to stay for a while now, and every time I think I've found a good listing, it turns out to be a big ol' lie. They say the place is available for the time I want, but when I try to book it, suddenly it's not available anymore and they try to push some fancy, expensive property on me instead.

I've tried to complain to them about it, but it's like talking to a brick wall. I gave them all the details, including the Rental ID numbers, but they haven't done a darn thing about it. It's like they don't even care that they're wasting my time and money.

Honestly, I'd say stay away from this site if you can. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. There are plenty of other places to find sublets and short-term rentals that won't jerk you around like this.

Sublet.com Mixed Experience with Sublet.com: Shabby Listing, Changed Review, and Frustrating Search

So, I recently used Sublet.com to find a place to stay for a few weeks. I found a listing that looked pretty good, but when I got there, the furniture was pretty shabby and the place wasn't very clean. I wrote a review about it, but when it was published, my words were changed. I wasn't too happy about that.

After that, I started getting a bunch of emails from Sublet.com about other listings. I called about a few of them, but every time I did, the one I was interested in wasn't available. It was pretty frustrating, to be honest.

Overall, I'm not sure if I would use Sublet.com again. The experience wasn't great, and I didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. But who knows, maybe things will improve in the future.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Disappointed with Paywall for Tenants

I've been browsing Sublet.com for a while now, trying to find a new place to live. I finally decided to create a free profile so I could start messaging landlords and setting up viewings. However, I quickly realized that I wouldn't be able to do that without paying for a membership.

I'm not sure why tenants have to pay to use this site. It seems unfair that we have to shell out money just to contact landlords. I understand that landlords need to pay to advertise their properties, but why should tenants have to pay just to find a place to live?

I'm pretty disappointed with my experience on Sublet.com so far. I feel like I've wasted a lot of time browsing listings and creating a profile, only to find out that I can't actually do anything without paying. I'm not sure if I'll continue using this site or if I'll look for other options.

Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Limited Options and Lack of Response for Tokyo Sublets

I recently used Sublet.com to find a sublet in Tokyo. I paid the fee of $17.95 for three months of access to the site. I was hoping to find something for $1000/month or less, but unfortunately, my search did not yield many results. I only found two landlords who had ads listed for the last six months: Lavender and Beatrice T.

I decided to reach out to Beatrice T since she had responded to my inquiry. However, after I sent her some questions, I did not receive any further response. Lavender never responded to my inquiry at all.

I am disappointed with my experience on Sublet.com and feel that I did not get my money's worth. I plan to dispute the fee or request a refund through my credit card bank.

Overall, I would not recommend using Sublet.com for finding a sublet in Tokyo. The limited options and lack of response from landlords make it a frustrating and unproductive experience.

Sublet.com Disappointing Experience with Company's Listings in Bergen County: Potential Scam Alert

This company ain't living up to their claims, man. I went through all their listings in Bergen County and if someone did answer, they hung up on me rudely. Not one email was returned, bro. I had to dispute the charge, which was a bummer. I really needed a month-to-month lease and they had me thinking I could find one. It's a huge disappointment, dude. Sublet.com Sublet.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Scammers and Poor Communication

Sublet.com is a website that I recently used to find a sublet for my apartment. Unfortunately, I had a few bad experiences with scammers who contacted me through the site. These scammers were very professional and wasted a lot of my time. I reported all of them to sublet.com, but I haven't heard back from management yet. I'm not sure if they will actually call me back or not.

I have to say that my experience with sublet.com's communication has been pretty terrible. It's been frustrating to deal with them, especially since I paid for a "premium" listing. I feel like they didn't care about my experience at all. If you're a landlord, I would definitely be cautious about using this site.

It's a shame because sublet.com used to be really good. I'm not sure what happened to them, but they've definitely gone downhill. I hope they can improve their service in the future so that other people don't have to deal with the same issues that I did.

Sublet.com Disappointing Experience with Sublet.com: Not Recommended for Renting or Finding Rentals

I decided to give Sublet.com a try and purchased a 90-day premium membership to sublet my unit in June. However, I wish I had read some user reviews before making the investment. My experience with Sublet.com has been disappointing so far. It seems like the site is filled with people who are looking to rent a place for next week, rather than planning ahead.

I have received three inquiries from potential renters, but two of them clearly did not read my posting carefully. They were interested in renting my unit in March, even though it won't be available until June. This has been frustrating, as I was hoping to find someone who was serious about renting my place for the summer.

Overall, I would not recommend Sublet.com if you are looking to rent out your place or find a rental. It might be better to work with a broker who can help you find the right match for your needs. While the site has potential, it seems like there are too many people who are not paying attention to the details of the postings.

Sublet.com Misleading Listings and Frustration: My Experience with Sublet.com

I tried using Sublet.com to find a place to stay for a few months, but I had a lot of trouble with it. I reached out to several owners who had listed their properties on the site, but many of them told me that their places had already been rented out or sold a long time ago. This was really frustrating, because I needed a place to stay for a specific amount of time and I thought I had found some good options.

Eventually, I did find a few places that were available for the three months I needed, but when I talked to the owners, they all told me that they only rented out their properties for 12 months at a time. This was really confusing, because the listings on Sublet.com had said that these places were available for shorter periods of time. I felt like I had wasted a lot of time trying to find a place to stay, and I was starting to get really frustrated.

The worst experience I had with Sublet.com was when I talked to an owner who showed me their property in person. The listing on the app and website had made it look like a beautiful home with a pool and a two-car garage, but when I actually saw the place, it was nothing like what I had expected. The home was really run-down and didn't have any of the amenities that had been advertised. I felt like I had been tricked into thinking that this was a nice place to stay, and I was really disappointed.

Overall, I didn't have a great experience with Sublet.com. I felt like the listings on the site were really misleading, and it was hard to find a place to stay that actually met my needs. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone who is looking for a reliable way to find a short-term rental.

Sublet.com Disappointing Experience with Sublet.com: High Fees and Limited Exposure

I recently gave Sublet.com a try to find someone to sublet my room, but I have to say, I was not impressed with the experience. The platform charges a fee of $20 just to message a potential subletter, which I found to be quite steep. And if you want to post a listing for a room, they ask for even more money. I was considering upgrading my account to have my listing seen first, but after already spending $20 just to message someone, I decided not to waste any more money.

I'm not even sure if my post is being seen by anyone, as I haven't received any responses yet. It's frustrating to think that I may have wasted my money on a platform that doesn't seem to be delivering any results. I definitely don't think it's worth spending any money on this platform. There are plenty of free sites out there that can help you find a subletter without having to pay a dime.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience on Sublet.com. The fees they charge are just too high, and I don't think it's worth it for the limited exposure you get. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a subletting platform that won't break the bank.

Sublet.com BEWARE: My Terrible Experience with Sublet.com's Unethical Landlord

Sublet.com is the worst rental site I have ever used. I had a terrible experience with an invasive and unethical landlord who even started to physically harass me. I had to call the police and now I am stuck in legal action. It will take me months to recover from this experience. I tried to warn other potential victims by writing a bad review using the 'review' button on the site, but I don't even know where that went. It probably went directly to the landlord. This site may seem better than craigslist, but craigslist actually has a way to respond and remove predatory landlord postings. So, if you are thinking about using Sublet.com, BEWARE.

Sublet.com Very bad

Me and my family were looking for a rent for a short term stay and found Sublet website. It was really hard to reach someone, some places were listed as available, but when I contacted some renters they said that it was an incorrect information.
Finally I reached someone and person said that his property was available and we moved in. We were promised a nice clean place, furnished, with all the necessary stuff.
The place was a disaster, there was dirt everywhere, there was no washing machine, no microwave, and there were also some nasty insects.
After that I left a negative review on Sublet and they changed the whole thing! Before posting it on their website they turned my negative feedback into a positive one as if we really enjoyed our stay and etc. Terrible! Do not use Sublet!
