Just Tires

On 5/28/23 I went to just tires in 4708 lankershim in no hollywood, ca for change oil. There are itmes to be check that goes along way w/ oil change. One of them was check tires. I did mention to fernando that there is a flapping sound in the left side of my car. He said "will check" I signed n I left as usual I trusted the manager. When I got to the frwy my tire in left upper fender blew up, I pulled to d side of d road n called triple a. They came n changed my tires w/ my spare. I went back to fernando and told him " u did check my tires. He said bc he was busy checking the oil. This is no excuse. I had been going to this shop for bout 7 yrs now n was happy. Managers come n go but the mechanics are competent. Fernando is new in this ofc. He came fr another ofc. But I must say he extremely incompetent. It could have caused me my life. I was lucky enough to be ok but I sure was pretty shook up. The guy that worked on my car was miguel fernando said. I m so sure miguel worked on my car before n I was satisfied. Not this time but it is incombent on d manager to check that everything is done. He failed to do so. He ordered a new tire for me n it will b here in 3hrs. He said. Meanwhile I went looking for another place that have my tire size I found one this was already 3pm fernando called me said the tire finally arrived, I said I have already my tire being replaced, he got upset. Not as upset as I was w/ a tire blow on me in d frwy. I could have been dead. Pls return my money. I couldnt find d worse word I could describe d attitude of fernando. He did show some animosity to me n I didnt like it.. Very rude n very arrogant, mean n vicious. I liked d mechanics there but I couldnt go there again. I am sad, very sad.
