I mobile deposited a check that I received from a company that I was supposed to advertise for. I did what any other person would do and deposit the check. I was unaware that the check was fraudulent and because of it my account was closed. I tried to call the frau8d dept. and they told me to talk to a branch manager so I spoke to two. Alex at the palm springs branch and Deseree at the cathedral city branch both of them were no help and every time I need to call the 1800 number its a 40-60 min wait and half of the time my call mysteriously gets disconnected. Im at the point where iI dont even care about trying to save my account or relationship with us bank I just want my funds so I can move on and they wont let me have them.. 1261 dollars.
