In December 2018 I got my braces on my insurance company paid there portion of the braces then I was paying monthly payments in August of 2019 the manager Bree from the dentist called me to discuss my payment plan during the conversation Bree became loud and rude on the phone with me I then told breeuna the manager I would continue out conversation in person I arrive at the dentist the manager breenna explosive my personal record to everyone that was waiting to be seen breenna did hand me a piece of paper outlining my payments I became irritated and threw the my papers down then I left the office 5 minutes later the police department called me and said I'm not allowed at the dentist without a police officer with me I then ask breenna can I be transferred to another dentist the manager responded and said no because there is a training order against me I think went to the police station to see if that's the truth the rancho Cucamonga police department stated to me there wasn't never a restraining order against u from the dentist . I then ask the dentist can they remove my braces the manager breenna stated to me that re are not removing your braces I then went to serval dentists they refuse to continue my treatment so now my teeth has shift and my teeth is coming up from the root of my gums I been in a lot of pain since West coast dental refuse my treatment of my braces now i been diagnosed with gym diease because West coast dental refuse to transfer my treatment to another provider and to remove my braces when ask. My insurance company paid there portion and they continue to pay them while I wasn't getting treatment I also made payments also
