I have contacted this company for one month now trying to get my money of $59.40 back from them. They state that they have refunded it on 10/10/2015 and give me a confirmation number #1627426709for order #[protected]. This did not happened. I have my bank statement and there was not $59.40 refunded to me. $59.40 was taken out of my account on that day to them. This joint refuses to listen to me. Shortly after they took $59.40 out of my account my bank notified me that someone was trying to take large amounts of money out of my account. My bank locked that account and I opened a new one. I believe it was Avangate. I WANT MY 459.40 BACK IMMEDIATELY.

Avangate - Unauthorized Bank Draft
My bank was drafted $49.95 US Dollars for a purchase/service I didn't solicit or authorize. Unable to solve via normal channels. Unable to contact sales department, accounting departments of either Avangate or Bitdefender. Forced to cancel credit cards and re-establish online commerce

Avangate - Fraudulent Debit Card Charge
Friday 2/22/2013, I connected to a site (Playhive) to download a patch for a game and I had to give the number of my debit card to set an account and get a free membership for 5 days. I have printscreened the page and it is well written that no charge would occur on my card.
I checked my account just after to see that a pending amount of $29.99 had been charged. I called my bank customer service to know who was behind this. He said : Avangate IObit.. The line on my bank account appears as follows :

I understood the charge would be 100.00, NOT 200.00 Please check your records and give credit . also I am 77 yrs old. Thank you Ray Bergh. Morgan Ut ! 84050 !
Avangate - PC online support
These are thieves as stated by Alex. When calling them through Internet search, all they say with their Indian from India accent 'not to worry' and keep on repeating that over and over. And that's when one has to worry. They charge me $269.95 for online PC SUPPORT for a year, until the problem is fixed. After a few hours remotely working on my laptop, the technician 'Sandy'
had to go on another service call. He said he will call at a later time which he never did. The next day, not hearing from them I called back, they could not find my order number, name, company name. But they did have debited my account of the amount. I immediately cancelled my card to avoid any further charges and called them to refund me. It took two days on the phone to speak to a manager, who could find any of my information by after providing the bank proof of the debited amount they spoke to me to say 'not to worry' everything was going to be fixed. Three months later nothing, six months later after threatening them to resolve the problem with Small Claims Court, they said that a check was sent. Never received. Then a transfer was made, never done.
Said my bank account was unexisting, my bank never received anything. Nine months into the problem I have file a complaint with multiple agencies and the BBB in addition sending them to the Small Claims Court. Scammers, scammers, that's all they are, technicians, managers, financial directors. I should provide their names pretty soon, if this does not resolve.
Avangate - Charge made before trial, cancelled by deadline and no refund
I ordered something on MediaCrawler and was charged $1.99. I was then told it was a "trial" until Feb 7, 2012. I cancelled it by that date through the link provide. However, before the trial date, $69.95, was charged anyway. I sent email to [protected]@avangate.com about it with the proof of the cancellation and received no reply. I forwarded the email to [protected]@avangate.com and Facebook site today. I have yet to back from Avangate.

Please provide us with an order reference number so that we can check the internal logs and determine the exact time when the subscription was disabled. If the error was on our side, we will immediately issue a refund. Also, please be kind enough to tell us what link you used to cancel the automatic billing.
