I was a customer in Ralph to purchase balloons for a celebration. I ordered 10 balloons costing 10 dollars, that had to be inflated. They inflated the balloons on Friday at 11:45 pm and on Saturday morning at 11am the balloons were deflated. I returned to the store at 11:45 to the store. One employee said no problem we can fix it. I waited for the floral department as it was called and the lady told me that I should have known that the balloons only last for six hours. I did not know that and I didn't like that she implied I should have. she stated to me, "everyone knows this." I told her I did not. She found the sign that she said should have been up and was not even up for her to show me. It was buried in the counter and she showed it to me. I asked her would I get a refund and she said no. I was very disappointed because all my shopping is done at this store. The location is Riverside on LA Sierra Blvd. But no longer will I shop there. How sad that they would not even honor anything they sold me. I had my daughter with me and how sad for her to see they were not willing to even try to make it right. If you want a customer to know that the balloons only last 6 hours make sure that the sign is not hidden and that the one serving you tell you that is the case. I will definitely make sure no one goes to this store because there is another market right across the street. I am so in shock of this policy. But I will not spend any money here again. I wanted to speak to a manager but my lovely daughter talked me out of it. And said lets go and I left the dead deflated balloons with those to which it belong. The balloons reflected how they treated me. Dead and deflated. So sad to see this.
Desired outcome: They could have at least gave me new ones to replaced those. I wasn't looking for the money I wanted the balloons. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com
