I bought a Groupon from one of the estheticians in your complex, Sheena Christine Skin Prodigy. I'm a very busy mother of two and this was supposed to be a relaxing gift to myself. However, it has been the worst experience I've ever had. Not only was Sheena 30 minutes late for our appointment but because she said she had to pick up her own daughters she rushed through the service. I was having a "mild" facial peel when she spilled the acid down my face and behind my ear. I am now left with a burn behind my ear and down the back of my neck causing excruciating pain. When I called Sheena the next day to complain she told me that some people's skin have a different "reaction" to the so-called mild peel. She suggested I purchase an expensive product from her line to help calm the third degree burns. I politely declined. I will never, ever use such a incompetent esthetician again. Nor will I ever frequent Sola Salons again and will advice my friends & colleagues to do the same.
Desired outcome: I believe her salon should be investigated for faulty practices

Mario’s Pauluch is Sheena schizophrenic aunt. She desperately needs help! Sheena is the most professional I know. She’s also the most thorough esthetician there is. I’m going to report Maria for making false complaints. I’ve seen so many of these complaints that she’s making against several people from several companies! She should be barred from making complaints against incident hard working people!
