The UPS Store located at 7902 Gerber Rd, Sacramento, CA 95828
refusing to accept packages for return to Amazon based on the interpretation of UPS shipping policies. Specifically, she (The manager) refusing to accept packages in the box they were delivered to me (Customer) when the customer is attempting to return the package via UPS to Amazon.
This manager previously attempted to apply this principle and offering to sell boxes at an inflated cost. Very unprofessional practices to say the least.
