On 7-24-21 I was at your store at 2028 E Highland Ave in San Bernardino Ca. I was in line check stand 3 I believe, the cashier from check stand 4 walked past me and went to check stand 2 and told a hispanic lady that she was open on four. As the cashier walked back past me I proceeded to follow her to check stand 4. The cashier turned around when she got to check stand 4 and told me that I had to go behind the hispanic lady and if the hispanic lady wanted to let me go in front of her she could but that was up to her. I called the store to complain and I talked to a employee who said that he was the manager, he said that his name was Derrick. He told me that he was out there and seen what had happen and he proceeded to justify what she had done. He stated that he didn't think that she was being racist. He said that he couldn't explain why she had walked past me to check stand 2 to get the hispanic lady. I pointed out that the line I was in was just as long or longer than check stand 2 and asked why would she bypass me to go to a shorter line, he stated he didn't know but again said he didn't think that she was being racist. I will never go back into that store again unless changes have been made.

How is she racist? She just didn't see you, it sounds like. Plus, she was helping a Hispanic person.
