Vons

Please look and the surveillance Camera. On February, 04 2023 I went to Vons pharmacy to pick up medication for my husband at 10:45AM, before I got to Vons my husband Randy Boecker call the pharmacy at 9:00AM. to request his medication refill, the pharmacist said give me an hour. I got to Vons at 10:45AM and asked for the medication the pharmacist was not friendly acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He finally said, sit down and will work on your prescription. I said, my husband call at 9:00AM and its not ready I think you had plenty of time to have it ready. If he would of said give me a few minutes and I'll have it ready for you I would not said anything and set down, I was the only one at the pharmacy at the time I arrive. An other female pharmacist came over and told me to calm down not friendly, again all she had to said is please wait a few minutes.

At the same time a women aggressively told me to be quiet because she can hear the person that was helping her, I said, nobody is talking to you mind your own business. She came tours me aggressively I felt that she was going to hit me. I put my hands tours my chest to block her and then she claim that I hit her. I did not touch her. The female pharmacist told me to calm down or she was going to call security I told her call them, I was not screaming

the other women was. When security got there she told me to sit down or she's calling the police I said, no, call them I didn't do anything wrong.

The women was screaming to security that I hit her I said I didn't but the female pharmacist said I did. I said look at your surveillance camera I didn't hit her. I was threaten that I had to leave Vons or they were calling the police and that I was band from ever going to that Vons store.

All I want is the medication for my husband. The female pharmacist told me it would of taken 3minutes to have my medication ready and I told her you should of told me this since the beginning and we could of avoided all this.

Security kept threaten me she was going to get extra security and calling the

police I kept telling her do so I've done nothing by this time they could of had the medication ready and get me out of the store. The women that was aggressive to me, kept screaming I want her kit out of Vons not the security nor the pharmacists said anything to her. I told the security I would go sit down if I get the medication for my husband. The security said okay and the pharmacist said okay. I waited for about fifteen minutes and went to ask the pharmacist if I getting the medication and they said no. I was escorted out of

Vons and every time I said something she pretended be talking to someone asking for reinforcement and threaten to call the police. I told her what a joke if you had something on me you would of call the police already. I'm 63 years old I never had any issues with anybody or police I know I'm a peaceful women but I don't like people to take advantage of me. What I want is an apology from the female pharmacist and the female security guard from Vons

I was treated unfair and I also want a copy of the surveillance camera. You Should also check the surveillance cameras because some of the people that work on the pharmacy are not nice or polite and also check yelp for the complains from Vons 3550 Murphy Canon Rd. San Diego CA 92123
