The company advertises that their HTY Gold cream will eliminate wrinkles if used twice daily. Before I ordered it they said they would refund my money if it didn't work. They said it would take 6-8 weeks to see any results. They did not, on the phone, indicate that there was a 30 day limit to the refund period but 6 weeks is longer than 30 days. The product didn't have any effect on my skin but when I tried to get the refund they said it was longer than 30 days so I was out of luck. In other words they refused to give me the refund. The product is made from cocoa butter which was an obvious scent and then claim red palm oil. They are a bunch of scammers selling a 10 cent product for over $200.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

The creams are too greasy.
I like this cream...more than the cream, I love the serums. I use the body serum on my hands all of the time. For the best results you must continue to use the cream every day. My mother who was 95 years old swore by HTY and I do too.
I strongly disagree as well. I have tried many products on the market. This one is all natural so no chemical on my skin and I have seen the results. It is well worth the money. I will continue to be a customer.
The only thing that resembles "gold" here is the price. It is a palm oil-based formula and is OK but it certainly doesn't eliminate crepe paper skin or wrinkles. There was a full page ad for it in the NY Times and I fell for it, paying far more than $150. Two years later, I still have much of that big jar of the stuff left, but you could go to a Dollar Store and find a similar product and be satisfied.
To improve the texture of the skin is one thing. To erase wrinkles is quite another. No cream will do that. sorry.
I totally agree with Meryl. The stuff is not what they claim. It's nothing more than moisturizers, which is good to have in any product for dry skin issues but not at this price. You can purchase better products from Olay, Avon or even from Lancome versus paying their exorbitant price. As far as her refund issues, she probably overlooked their refund policy statement because I noted the 30-day return up front.
I strongly disagree with what this woman is saying. I used the product and it worked for me. I actually really love the Body Cream! I didn't return the product but I actually remember them telling me that they had a 30 day guarantee. I was well aware of the fact that if I wanted to return it I had 30 days to do so. So i'm not quite sure what this woman is talking about... However I found that I did not even need to use the guarantee because the product worked very well on me and it is now my go to skin cream! I love HTY Gold!
