I was in San Francisco on September 1, 2019 and visited Macy's. I bought a suit which needed alterartions. On the receipt stated it will shipped by September 10, 2019. I bought it to wear in a very formal party in the middle of September. I called Macy's many times and spoke/reffered to different department such as men, alteration, shipping, but I didn't get any answer to my question. It is November 7, 2019, and I neither reiceived my suit nor know when I will recieve it. I live in Sacramento and can not travel to San Francisco. It is expensive to get there and I don't have time to go there. Besides I needed the suite for the party I supposed to go in September. I spent a lot of time on phone during my lunch time at work, after work on the way home, and at home instead of spending time with my family. Sometimes I waited more than 15 minutes to be transffered to another department. Because I have not recived my suit, I didn't pay my bill to Macy's for the price of the suit so I have to pay interest on it. I want my refund plus the interest. I am a customer of Macy's for a long time and this experience makes me to think twice next time I want to go shpping in Macy's or if I want to refer Macy's to my friends as a reliable place to shop.
