ARCO - ARCO gas station early closure

I was almost out of gas and went to ARCO and noticed all pumps are closed. It was 10PM. All other gas stations were still open

My car ran out of gas and I couldn’t start my car. I had to call my insurance company. I want to sue ARCO for early closures and unprofessional practices
