I went in to use western union service. One of the cashier stated the person handling that desk is on break and will be back in 10 min. I agreed to wait. I waited for 15 minutes when lady manager came at the desk asking if I needed help. I told her I have been waiting for western union service she said sorry we can't help you at the moment since we have a long line of customers. She refused to help and said to go else where. Why have the western union service when they can't properly manage their workforce. I will also file a complaint with western union. This took place on 8/13/19 at 6:30 pm PT.
