Today (10/16/2019) I had an appointment for replacing tires for my car (Mercedes, 2006, R500). I arrived at Costco tire center and I started my transaction with the agent at the front desk at 3pm. The agent name is Ruben, . First, the agent refused to accept the offer I had three weeks ago, and insisted to do a new estimation. After the checking the car and started processing my order, he kept me waiting for approximately 40 minutes serving other customers in the line, and some of them, they just walked in and they did not even have appointments. I felt that I was ignored and disrespected as a customer, and, therefore, I took my papers and left the store after 40 witout getting my service done. What ist the purpose of making an appointment if you can not get your order processed in 40 minutes with the front desk employee?. what type of customer service is that when an employee leave you aside to serve other customers? Why should your employees put my oder on hold while you standing in front of him to give other people in the line his undivided attention?
I took time form work to hour this appointment and I could not get the service done because because your employee did not hour my time and treat me as a valued customer.
