We purchased 12 Queen Anne style Anlin windows from Jack at American Vision Windows. When the windows were installed six of them were wrong. They open the wrong way. Maurice Brockenborough came out to see the windows and said, "If you walk around the out side of the house they do open correctly." He said he would call us back. He never did. We called Jack. Jack said he would stop by on 07/01/11. He never did. They refuse to replace the defective windows and they refuse to refund our money so we can have a different company replace them. We paid close to $10, 000 for these 12 windows. Half of them were manufactured and installed wrong. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, And the California State Licensing Board.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
