ive taken my disabled daughter to this theater many times and always have to wait and argure about ur policy to provide me a free "companion ticket"they always tell me they cant do it because I dnt have a badge im her mother she has angelmans syndrome the last time we were there it took 30 mins for me to b allowed in as a caregiver. after a long back and forth with Jonathan Morisaki he finally aiiowed me in free and we missed the begining of our movie we cpouldnt get any snacks or we would have missed more of our movie, ur policy doesnt say anything about needing a badge my daughter was very upset and I was also. this is crazy I shouldnt have to fight to get what u offer to us r movie was ruined I wasnt to file a complaint against the the mangers there. this happens everytime we go if u dont address this I will file a complaint with the bbb
