On Monday 17, I was late in night on lane to pay for my grocery's, was a big lane with only one register open, I ask him to call for help, because the line was growing. The employe start to yell loud "help, help" and laughing, after a
I told him not to make fun and do his job, he look at me with an angry face and use the phone yelling "I don't put up with this [censored]" I understand I say loud so he can hear to call for help, but I don't know where he say in the phone but the manager name "Juan" come laughing. I try to defuse the situation saying I deserve a discount, then the manager turn to the employe in the register and say loud 2times "lets give him a 5 finger discount"
I feel humiliated and disrespected, I'm a loyal customer and don't deserve that, you can verify on the Vons security camera. I no want to sued or make money, only thing I ask is for that 2 be transfer to other Vons. If you no answer my complain, I be forced to contact a lawyer and the news

Vons - Customer service
My mom realized she forgot something, and I ran as fast as I could to get it. I was only gone for a minute, but an older lady with long gray hair named "Roz" or some form of "Rose" yelled at me and said "go home!" I understand it was 5 minutes before closing, but i was only getting a gift card right near the checkout. I explained my mom was already checking out, but she ignored me and continued to tell me to go home in the meanest attitude possible. Not impressed.
She's right! That is rude! Don't dog her, trolls! I worked for Vons when the customer was always right. If she was able to get into the store, they should have taken care of her! Horrible customer service. They get paid overtime if they can't get out on time!
Well go home then. They want to close and go home as well.

I am sure that you are mistaking being told to go home as rude. That you are mistaking being told to do something you did not want to do as rude.
I don’t remember you actually being there! She YELLED at me. You don’t yell at a customer.
Yelling is rude. You don’t have to come along and call me immature for being offended at someone yelling at me.
