this woman was rude. she made inferences about my mental health and tried to say that i was acting strange and crying hysterically. ma’am it was 5 am. i just woke up for my hospital shift and she just started to harass me about how i looked (i was in scrubs and a jacket), claiming i was scaring other customers (there was one other person in there and i was perfectly normal. didn’t talk to anyone but her. ), saying i was talking to myself and crying( i was there less than 2 minutes and the only thing i told HER was that the self checkout wasn’t working then moved to her register and she just started). she claimed i was going to get hurt? i took that as a threat i paid and left. i want to speak to corporate about this woman. she should not be working here with her crazy [censored] ideas of customer service. if i was mentally i’ll it is/was none of her concern. I’m a nurse and i got harassed for nothing. I’m in there every morning and now i want something done about her asap. SHE ALSO OVERCHARGED ME I HAVE ALL THE RECEIPTS AND SHE REFUSED TO HAND MY MY ITEMS AS WELL AS THE RECIPT AT THE END. SHE WANTWD TO KEEP MY ITEMS AND KEPT MOVING THEM BACK TOWARDS HER AFTER I PAID. I WILL GO IN AND TALK TO SOMEONE AND I WANT HER PUNISHED.
Desired outcome: her reprimanded. or fired.
Circle K - Loitering in parking lot
We have been customers of the Circle K at the corner of Monterey Ave. and Ramon Rd. in Thousand Palms, CA 92276 since it opened. The employees are pleasant and we have never had an issue with the service.
However, recently (May 7/21) vehicles are parking in the lot and not appearing to buy anything. Today (May 8/21) two men were working on a truck motor in the lot along with other parked cars.
My husband goes by there at 2 am on his way to work nightly and there are always several homeless people sitting on the store curb, not the street, the store curb. Perhaps more signs such as no parking, loitering, etc. are needed. I don't suggest that the employees confront anyone, but perhaps they could call non-emergency to speak to them. Recently, I no longer feel safe there and may have to go elsewhere for gas, lottery, and supplies.
I told the clerk my concern and he said he would tell his boss. I feel there is also a safety factor to the employees as well.
Desired outcome: REmedy the parking, loitering issue for safety reasons.
