I took the time out of my day on monday, sept 11thand have heard nothing.. I have shopped at the torrance store for 20 plus years, just about every fri of every week. I am seriously questioning my consumer dedication!, I am looking at the results on your website and reading the ratings which gives me a clue as to no response!. I have personally worked in customer service for over 35yrs and I am apalled at the attitude and ugliness I have received from a certain manager, on more than one occasion, when I have a question or situation. Thie ncident occurred on fri, sept 8 at store 3517.. The time on my receipt is 18:59. I am a justforu member and review the ads and clip able coupons weekly. My cashier that evening was monica. Shes always sweet and, helpful and attentive, id like that to be recognized. I left the store with my groceries, loaded them into my truck. As I reveiwed my receipt I realized that I did not received some of the deals that I had downloaded.. I went back into the store.. My cashier, monica apologized for the inconvience and took me to the manager.. She helped me to explain what had happened. The manager proceeded to tell me that I had to bring all my groceries back in and prove that I had downloaded the proper discounts.. M sorry, that is just plain rude!.. I had receipt in hand, had just left the store! Told her that, that was ridiculous and she told me, take it up with upper management.. I walked away with monica and she told me that it might be in my best interest to contact you..According to my calculation, I am out about $15 and the unfavorable treatment speaks for itself.. Chose to write this complaint, rather than call, so that I can make sure all the facts are included.. Thank you for your time
Desired outcome: a response..my email is [protected]@gmail.com..manager might benefit from some customer service training..monetary compensation would be a plus
