Coldwell Banker Real Estate - customer service

move out representative was extremely degrading and sarcastic . I asked for help as I did not understand, my husband has orders witch breaks the lease so I'm confused about the process and the extra payments, I just need clarification. I was told I should get a lawyer From husband command as payments should have been waved, again I just needed clarification. she talked down to me as if I was stupid, not even covering my questions an the persona she had was very sarcastic, to cover her end. Very unprofessional. Will be calling back to speak with someone in charge . Terrible representation of your company. We Will be telling thousands nation wide over social media an thru the military to avoid your business. Her name is Nicole Trantina . Needs to be addressed ASAP. WORST experience we ever had .
