Coldwell Banker Real Estate review: Property management

I'm officially filing this complaint against falsified no cause notices. I have any renter for the rental property management here in Benton county Corvallis Oregon for less than a year my lease is not up until the end of May I have already received a fake no cause for non-renewal of lease or month to month. I was told this is no cause and upon bringing up the fact that they needed a reason for this Pacific notice given they then told me I could move without penalties for breaking the year lease. Only to find out when I applied for a new home but they disclosed that the the cause to their no cause notices. Cause late payments of rent I have no more than one rental violation and I have been late with rent yes but I've always paid rent and the allotted time frame provided by this company paid late fees. I have always been open and communication on one of those payments could be made because of pay periods having covid and even losing your job only for your company to force me to use rental assistance and to gain access to that assistance had to prove your company refused to work partial payments for rent I am pursuing all legal options.
