Coldwell Banker Realty Find Your Dream Home with Coldwell Banker Realty: A Comprehensive Review

This real estate site is the bomb! It's got everything you need to find your dream home. You gotta check it out, no doubt about it.

I was blown away by the selection of homes available on Coldwell Banker Realty. They've got listings from all over the place, so you're sure to find something that suits your needs. And the search function is super easy to use, so you can narrow down your options in no time.

But what really impressed me was the level of detail in each listing. They've got tons of photos, virtual tours, and even floor plans for some properties. It's like you're actually walking through the house, which is super helpful when you're trying to get a feel for the space.

And if you're not sure where to start, they've got a team of real estate agents who can help you out. I reached out to one of them and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave me some great options to consider.

Overall, I highly recommend Coldwell Banker Realty. It's a top-notch site with a great selection of homes and a helpful team of agents. Don't hesitate to check it out!

Coldwell Banker Realty Review of coldwellbankerhomes.com: A Great Resource for Finding a New Place to Live in the Bay Area

coldwellbankerhomes.com is a good place to go if you want to find a place to live, especially if you're looking in the Bay Area! The site is easy to use and has lots of options to choose from. You can search by location, price, and other things like how many bedrooms you want. There are also lots of pictures of the houses so you can see what they look like before you go see them in person.

I found the site to be really helpful when I was looking for a new place to live. I was able to find a house that was in my price range and in a good location. The site also has lots of information about the neighborhoods, which was really helpful for me since I didn't know the area very well.

One thing that I didn't like about the site was that sometimes the information wasn't up-to-date. I found a few houses that were listed as available, but when I called the realtor, they had already been rented out. That was a little frustrating, but overall, I still think the site is a good resource for finding a new place to live.

Overall, I would recommend coldwellbankerhomes.com to anyone who is looking for a new place to live. It's easy to use and has lots of options to choose from. Just make sure to double-check the information before you get too excited about a house!

Coldwell Banker Realty Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience with Coldwell Banker in Haymount, Fayetteville

I had a really bad time trying to buy a house in Haymount, Fayetteville, NC. I put in an offer for the full price on the same day, but I didn't get any response. My Coldwell agent tried to convince me to back out of the offer, which was really frustrating. They even corrected the rental income from $1500 to $1200 and said it was a mistake. That's not very professional, is it? It seemed like they didn't want us to buy the property at all. Eventually, the offer expired.

Both the seller and buyer agents were from Coldwell Banker, and I don't think they were very fair or transparent. I would recommend staying away from them if you can.

Coldwell Banker Realty Disappointing Experience with Coldwell Banker Realty: Overpriced Listing and Unprofessional Behavior

Coldwell Banker Realty, also known as AZMOVES.com, is a real estate website that we had the chance to work with when we listed our home. Unfortunately, our experience with them was not a positive one. The listing agent that we worked with overpriced our home by a whopping $50,000, which was confirmed by two other agents in his office and even his managing broker, Sheila Dillon. This was a huge disappointment for us, as we were hoping to sell our home quickly and at a fair price.

When we decided to pull the listing, things got even worse. The agents at Coldwell Banker tried to force us to sign documents that were completely untrue. We felt like we were being backed into a corner, and it was a very uncomfortable situation. We had to threaten legal action and even going to the real estate board before they finally agreed to release the listing. Even then, it was like pulling teeth to get them to include the right language.

Overall, we would not recommend Coldwell Banker Realty or AZMOVES.com to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Our experience was frustrating and disappointing, and we would hate for anyone else to go through the same thing. We hope that they can improve their practices in the future and provide better service to their clients.

Coldwell Banker Realty Disappointing Experience with Coldwell Banker Realty and Realtor Courtne Brass: Appliances and Flooring Issues

Coldwell Banker Realty, specifically the West Shell company, and their realtor Courtne Brass, recently sold me a house that unfortunately had some issues. Despite our contract stating that the appliances (dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer, light fixtures) were to be left in the house, the previous owner had removed them before I moved in. This was not only frustrating, but also costly as I had already paid for these items. Additionally, the flooring was left damaged.

I was disappointed to learn that the realtor was aware of this fraudulent behavior by the previous owner between the closing date and the day they moved out. This lack of action on the realtor's part is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

As a result, I am requesting that the realtor's license be revoked. I am also filing charges with the court and sending all relevant information, including pictures and a copy of the contract, to the prosecutor's office.

Overall, my experience with Coldwell Banker Realty and their realtor Courtne Brass was not a positive one. I hope that they take responsibility for their actions and work to ensure that this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Coldwell Banker Realty Review of Coldwell Banker Realty and Esaul Alatriste: A Lesson in Loyalty, Trust, and Dedication

I recently had the pleasure of working with Coldwell Banker Realty and Esaul Alatriste CAL BRE# *** to sell my family's home in San Diego and purchase a new home in Jacksonville, FL. As a Navy veteran with seven PCS transfers in 16 years, I was looking for a realtor who could help us sell our home at top dollar and make the process as easy as possible.

From the moment Esaul arrived at our home, we knew we were in good hands. He was professional, responsive, and dedicated to helping us achieve our goals. He answered all of our questions, no matter what time of day it was, and made us feel like we were part of a team. We were impressed by his loyalty, trust, and honesty, and it felt like he was part of our family.

After two successful open houses, we received two offers and got ourselves into a contract. However, things took a turn when the termite inspection revealed that we needed $3200 worth of repairs. As a veteran, I have been trained to look at all options and ask questions in order to accomplish any mission successfully and efficiently. I asked Esaul if getting a second termite inspection from another company would be a good idea, to see if we could save some money on the repairs. He said yes, and we went ahead with the second inspection.

Unfortunately, Esaul's lack of knowledge and experience with VA loans and termite inspections cost us dearly. We were responsible for fixing everything from both termite companies, and we lost our hard-earned equity. When I reached out to the manager, James Armel, from the La Mesa office CAL BRE#: ***, to see if there was anything we could do to avoid paying the extra $3200, I was disappointed by their response. They said it was too late to renegotiate with the buyers, and I felt like we were no longer part of a partnership or team. Instead, we were just a deal and a commission check.

Esaul has since been promoted to manager at the Carmel Valley office, and I hope he has learned from this experience and can help other realtors in his office avoid making the same mistake. I also hope that Coldwell Banker Realty will take responsibility for their mistake and apologize for the loss of our equity. In today's society, it's all too common for people to prioritize making a quick dollar or getting promoted over doing the right thing for families like mine.

Looking back on the experience, I realize that loyalty, trust, and dedication should be earned, not just given based on first impressions. It's important to have reliable backup, even if it isn't your realtor's area of expertise. And it's crucial to ask questions and have a questioning attitude, especially when it comes to something as important as buying or selling a home. I wouldn't want any other families, including my brothers and sisters in the Armed Forces, to lose their hard-earned equity because of a mistake like this.

Aubrey I- has been an awful property manager from the start- I tried to fire her after the first year but had my home with Smart Move Advantage and they would not let me- she promised to help find me a gardener which she never did- she tried to rent my property for 200 less that what it was worth- she picked out tenant who I am sure she knows because she complained for them about everything- would not let me consider any other applicants- tried to allow hem not to let me show my home so I could sell it- tried to give them a 18 mont lease instead of the 12 mont lease I wanted and now that they are finally out she wants to give them back their full deposit even though the home needs to be painted and cleaned and smells- she actually documented they got it in the condition they received it even though she took money from the deposit of the previous tenants to have it cleaned for them1 she is unfair and a liar. Coldwell Banker Realty realtors mike and amy christianson appleton, wi

Vultures. Couldn't of cared less about my family and I. It was our first time selling a home. I honestly have no idea what I paid these two for. Poor communication. My wife tried to get a hold of both and consistently heard nothing back. When it came time to close we didn't get our asking price so to help make up our loss our other realtor (in new city) gave up part of her commission. Mike and Amy procrastinated for days saying "we have to check with our manager." They gave yo their "extra commission" which was a fraction of what our other realtor gave up. There was such little care or concern about us they literally had no idea when we were even moving! How does that happen? From the day we met them we honestly heard from them twice (without us contacting them first). If you're lookin for realtors who honestly don't give two [censored]s about you, your family, or your financial needs-definitely hire these two clowns. Poor service. Mike/Amy, you should be ashamed of yourselves, but my guess is you're not. Pathetic.

I was shocked to read this review about two very respected Realtors in the area! I am disappointed with the review that David1189 made. This type of review can damage the reputation Mike and Amy Jo have worked hard to achieve and maintain. They work hard for their clients!

This seems like a very one-sided story. Would be interested in hearing the whole story before making judgements.

Coldwell Banker Realty salty sands unit 208

We have been going through Coldwell Banker since 2015 when staying in Ocean City. This year we had major issues with our unit including a bedbug infestation. Coldwell requires us to leave the unit immediately and all of our bedding inside. We spent HOURS at the laundry mat doing with pest control Allstate required us to do. The pest control company told us Coldwell Banker would be putting us up in a new unit and would be reimbursed for everything we had to replace and spent as long as we kept receipts. It took the pest control company 8 hours to show up. But that doesn't surprise me considering we called another time during the same trip to have a maintenance man show up and it took him 8 hours to get there as well. They threw us out of the condo and told us we were on our own we could either pay for a hotel out of pocket or get in the car during a major storm and drive 7 hours with 3 kids under the age of 7 we told them we were not comfortable doing that and they said it wasn't their problem. After renting with Coldwell Banker multiple weeks over the last three years I have never been so Furious as to how they treat their paying customers. They don't care what happens to you or the unit because they already have their money in full before you check in...
The cabinet door was completely broken off the kitchen, barely any kitchen supplies, tub drain doesn't work in either of the bathrooms, toilet runs nonstop, filth and junk under the bed in master bedroom,
Couch was filthy dirty, carpets were filthy, issues with tv in living room, tv in master bedroom didn't work...
I am beyond disgusted

Coldwell Banker Realty unit 1507 plaza

7/21 - 7/28
We stayed at the Plaza unit 1507 and booked through CBVactions
Unit was run down and dirty...
Firstly our unit was never cleaned prior to us getting the keys. There were bags of dirty linens in the unit and was filthy hair and sand all over. I proceeded to start to clean when we got a knock at the door from the cleaning staff stating unit had not been cleaned yet. So now they proceeded to clean while we were there trying to unpack. They did a rush job. Floors were not washed at all and had to ask them to run the vacuum cleaner. This is a HEALTH HAZARD letting renters in prior to cleaning...Nathan at Coldwell responded floors are not washed because carts are brought into rooms (WHAT)? this was never stated that a cart was being brought into the room...

Secondly the tub in the master BR was clogged and filthy. Cleaning people stated they reported to the office to have maintenance dept. look at. 4 hrs go by nobody shows I go to office and am told I need to call Coldwell which I did and was told an order would be put in. Was not fixed until Sunday at 3pm. so stagnant water that smelled was left for a day and a half. Again a HEALTH HAZARD

Thirdly screen door to patio out of BR was off track and full of holes...

fourthly door to laundry closet was off track and fell on me when opened to do laundry so we just put aside for the week. Again a HEALTH HAZARD and could have been hurt thank god no small children in unit...

I followed up with Coldwell banker and got this response
Ms...

We have received your email and I want to thank you for bringing these issues to our attention and to apologize for your dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and the maintenance issues that you experienced at the unit. I've passed your feedback along the to the cleaning company as well as to the property owner. After speaking with the cleaner, they reported that they were asked 'not to mop the floor as the guests were bringing in a cart.' Normal check-in time is 3pm and according to our records the property was reported cleaned as of 3:06pm. Particularly on our busiest Saturdays in the summer, the cleaners can be held up in traffic and the cleanings completed slightly after 3pm. We do note in our contract that cleanings may occur as late as 6pm. Regarding the maintenance request, we sent your request to the Plaza maintenance team at 5:12pm on Saturday evening as soon as we received approval from the property owner. I apologize that they were unable to address it until the following day. We hope you'll give us a chance to improve upon our service next time you visit Ocean City! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office at the numbers below.

Nathan Follmer

In other words TO BAD ...

My family rented 6 units here during this week for a wedding and will not be renting from CBVacations in the future as many of them also had issues.

I feel I should be refunded a few days at least 2 that the shower/tub could not be used as well as for having to clean wash floors myself...

Coldwell Banker Realty realtor

We are making this complaint in reference to Coldwell Bankers, Waltham, MA office's improper marketing, negligence, and breach of contract regarding the sale of our home Massachusetts.
Our agent, Dave ** did a CMA and priced our home at @$619, 000 to $629, 900 in May 2017. We wanted to know the homes value while looking for a retirement community. We found a place, told the agent Dave ** that we would be ready to sell in the spring. Meanwhile the new property contacted us that our new home could be ready in May instead of July. We contacted agent Dave ** who said enthusiastically that would be a great time to put our house on the market, and that we would beat the spring rush. He emphatically ensured us that the $629, 900 was a ‘good and valid' price for our home.
6 weeks go by, not one offer. Dave blamed the 1)small back yard, 2)the smoking done on the front porch and 3)subsequently, after 3-4 dry open houses and numerous viewings, the 3 Nor'easter storms that caused water in our basement.
We were passed on to another agent, and then another. Each agent told us to reduce the price. The final price was $575, 000. We requested to be released from the contract, but Coldwell Banker would not release us. We had to hire an attorney, at our cost, to be let out of the contract.
Coldwell accused us of lying, being unrealistic, and uncooperative. We were sworn and yelled at. Their unprofessional behavior was acknowledge by their attorney.
Not only buyer beware but sellers must also beware when dealing with Coldwell Banker.

Coldwell Banker Realty real estate/ non refund of security deposit/no proof showing repairs needed

We moved out of our rental property May 1st of this year and a few weeks later received a security deposit of $7.88 out of the $1200 hundred we were expecting back. We understand there were some repairs that needed to be done way before we even moved in. We provided over 5o photographs of issues, and the Coldwell only replied with ''Its up to the owners if they want it fixed'' Understandable but when it was time to move out we had a list of things to comply with and the ones we did not, we asked for receipts to prove that repairs would cost up to 1, 200 dollars and we have not received a copy of any receipts, just word of mouth via email on what they think the price was. I have reached out twice now for a copy of the receipts, if everything lines up we are fine with receiving $7.88 back from our security deposit.

Coldwell Banker Realty home sale

Hello,

I engaged Caldwell Banker for my recent 5/24/18 home sale, the main reason is I wanted to employ a professional, well-established, realtor firm to sell my home and have had good experience with Caldwell Banker in the past.

I selected Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty, 5383 Main Street, Windham NY 12496. Since I didn't have a lawyer, I asked my agent Sharon Knudsen to have Caldwell Banker recommend a lawyer. She provided 3-attorneys but highly recommended Alyson E. Atwood, Esq., 565 Overlook Road, Hillsdale, NY 12529 and mentioned she has done a lot of work with her and she was very good.

As part of the home sale the buyer requested a lot of furnishing which I included. It was agreed that the garage would be cleaned and any items left that the buyer did not want would be picked up by my maintenance person "Luis" as evidenced by the following email agreement from my attorney and my Caldwell Banker agent (see #4 & #5) in following cut/paste text message:

-----------------
On May 14, 2018, at 6:38 PM, Sharon Knudsen wrote:
As per our phone conversation here is the final agreement that you and the buyer have agreed to for the inspection issues.
1. Radiator - You will give the buyer a $250.00 credit at closing for the broken radiator.
2. Buyer will keep the 2 ladders and grill in exchange for the broken window.
3. Sat. dish will be removed this week.
4. Any items left in the garage that the buyer does not want will be removed by Luis.
5. Additional items you have left for the buyer include sheets, blankets, pillows and 2 new heating units which are for the upstairs.

Alyson - buyer has agreed to these items.

Thanks
Sharon
-----------------------

All of the above subjectivities had been addressed by the closing. My issue is while we had this agreement in place, at the closing both Alyson (my attorney recommended by Caldwell Banker) and Sharon (my Caldwell Banker agent) colluded in an attempt to get a $1500 credit to the buyer to clean the garage. It was already agreed that Luis would pick up the items not wanted. Sharon said that the buyer will get their own person and they want $1500 (see pics attached). Both Sharon and Alyson were extremely unprofessional on the phone using strong-arm tactics in efforts to get the $1500 credit. My attorney Alyson Atwood (recommended by Caldwell Banker) made it evident she was not looking out for my interest but more interested in closing the deal. I reminded her of item #4 above that everyone already agreed that anything buyer didn't want would be picked up but Alyson handed off the phone to Sharon. Sharon insisted on the $1500 credit to buyer and the buyer would hire their own person to take items out of garage. My maintenance person already agreed to take the items for me for a total of $100. Just to get the deal closed I told Sharon I would give $250 toward the clean out not $1500. Sharon countered with $500. I explained it was already agreed (per #4 of the email above) that Luis would clean out. Both Sharon and My attorney colluded and threatened if I didn't accept I would be on the hook for both the attorney fees and Caldwell Banker commission. I ultimately agreed to the $500 to close the deal. I consider this a theft.

So, we closed 5/24/18 and it is now 6/5/2018 and the funds still have not cleared in my account. I am considering taking every cent of my proceeds and filing an E&O complaint against Caldwell Banker, this was outrageous behavior by both your agent and the legal referral of Caldwell Banker.

I look forward to your response.

Thanks and regards,
Bill

Coldwell Banker Realty coldwell banker - dubai - unprofessional staff

hi
I am facing a dilemma with Coldwell Banker UAE
the most unprofessional system..
I signed the contract last sunday and submitted all cheques.
I did not receive my signed copy yet.
they gave me NOC letter to move in while the DEWA of previous tenant was not cleared yet..
they have withdrawn the commission cheque..
they said I can transfer my staff yesterday 17 May 2018.. but the door lock cannot be opened although it was okay before... we believe it has been done on purpose by the building management or supervisor.
most of the maintenance as well supposed to be done also is pending.. only the painting and some lights they did but the kitchen, the balcony and many things were left although they gave us the keys and the NOC to move.

I have called the supervisor many times and sent him and email and WhatsApp msg was sent last night but no answer and no feed back...
this is the worst experience I have ever been through..
I need and urgent answer..
people should live in a good environment not in a so much frustrating people who do not care about their tenants..
thanks

I will never do business with anything that has the name Coldwell Banker involved. We put a bid on a home. 125, 000, they were asking 155, 000. We bid low because the entire basement was flooded and had black mold throughout. They made us wait 7 weeks for an answer after we already did work on it to help clean it up. Not only did they turn down our offer, they countered with $163, 000! We said no. It's now back on the market for $155, 000.00. So whatever you do, be aware they will drag you along to get you hooked, and then pop you with an outrageous higher amount! Even more than their asking price. Meanwhile, they have repossessed all of these beautiful homes, only so that they can fall apart, and their friends and family members can buy them for pennies on the dollar! False Advertisement! Stay away!

Coldwell Banker Realty earnest money not getting refunded.

Almost a month ago my son Jason Kotecha, British subject, works in Dubai UAE. He took Interst in in buying a property in Suncity AZ. 10758 W. Crosby Drive, Sun City. AZ 85351
#5730850

Unfortunately he had an armature Realtor of Coldwell Banker Linda Levine. She misguided him by saying he needs to prove he has money in the bank etc. so he transferred his funds in 2 transaction $ 100, 000 per day from Dubai. So in 2 days time his funds were in Wells Fargo account. Unfortunately being a Non US resident he can not withdraw large sum in one transaction. Therefore he could not finalize the deal. Now the Escrow agent Penny Esparza of Drigs Title Agency is rude uncooperative. Not prepared to look in to the fact that it is not that he hasn't got the funds it is the fact that Coldwell Agent Linda Levine misguided him. Wasted his time & got him in to messy situation.
He is the victim here and he is losing $2500 due to no fault on his part.
Also my son buying this property in 3 names, with his wife & myself. Due to time difference oh UK 8 hrs ahead of Phoenix. Cancellation Email sent to me at AZ time of 7pm arrived at 3.02 am. Upon waking up as I was reading it message popped up time expired!
I can send you screen shot of the email.

If you guide us and help us it will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Stay away!

Coldwell Banker Realty andy hargreaves

Worked with Andy recently as a buyer trying to purchase a home he was listing. It was a total disaster. We had a signed purchase agreement on Sunday April 15th. Over the next 7 days we setup an inspection and scope for the basement. They told us we would not have access to the home and the key would be out of the lock box until Monday April 23rd, after the purchasing agreement we just signed expired. In addition, his client lied on the disclosures. They claimed there was only water damage from the storm drain one time only. When we went through the house a second time, there was water puddling and seeping in from the foundation. As part of our inspection, (that we needed to rush, reschedule two times, and have an addendum because we were denied access over the 7 days we had on the purchase agreement) we were told that water has been coming in from the foundation for quite a while. This was from two different companies. If you want to buy a home from someone that is willing to openly lie on a disclosure statement and take 48 hours or more to respond to phone calls, this is your guy.

I cannot speak to anything on local knowledge or process expertise, but trying to simply setup a basic inspection was next to impossible for our realtor and myself to make happen. Unprofessional. Lying on a disclosure is a serious offense and cost me $765.00 in inspections only to find out the house has suffered from a foundation issue for quite some time. Hire honest people Coldwell.

Coldwell Banker Realty unfair or unlawful work practices

I made a full price offer on lot next to my property and unfortunately didn't hear back from publishing agent in timely manner. So I then contacted my personal realtor to send a writing offer for the lot. At the end of the day my agent received and email saying that my contract was not the one accepted.

I few that the publishing agent simply either didn't present my contract to seller because he didn't want to share his commission with my agent and he also didn't give a chance to counter offer.

I am very upset and disappointed! How and why I was not given the due right or option to up my offer and buy the lot next to me?

I am considering legal advice and action.

Coldwell Banker Realty ny realtor sean costa's twitter usage is political and racially divisive

The incidents have been occurring for over a year.

Sean Costa is using his Coldwell Banker twitter account to push politically and racially divisive views.

Office:
Huntington Regional Office
82 Main St.
Huntington, NY 11743
Office: [protected]
Direct: [protected]

He CWB account Likes/Endorses numerous comments that push bizarre conspiracy theories, attack minorities, degrade politicians, and are just childish (i.e.- "CA is a [censor]hole")

If he does this on his personal account, then fine, but I don't understand how a nationwide corporation would allow this kind of unprofessionalism.

I'll provide some pictures or you can visit his Twitter page for more.

I'd like for a reprimand, as well as removal of his social media on the CWB platform, reported to NY Commission, and an apology from CWB and Sean Costa.

Coldwell Banker Realty facebook post

An agent with Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate in Valdosta, GA has a public Facebook post making fun of Asian people. She is laughing with her friends making fun of an Asian person. I have pictures of the post I can provide. Her name is Mary Curcio and the post is on September 28, 2017. In between her posts about saving animals and bible verses she makes fun of people. What kind of real estate company would hire someone that posts that kind of stuff on Facebook. Before you think the other people at that office don't know a quick check of her friend list has the names of other agents in that office.

Coldwell Banker Realty signing my name to a lease agreement after being advised not to accept it.

Anne Holloway of Spectrum Property Management in Atlantic Beach license 279870 accepted a 6 month management agreement for a 6 month residential lease
For a property owned by my brother and me. We had reluctantly agreed to lease the property .It was left to the both of us from our parents. My husband and I had wanted to sell the property originally in 2016;at the time of my mothers death. We agreed to compromise and do a 6 month lease -giving my brother a chance to show rental income and possibly get a mortgage to buy me out. Well against my wishes, Anne electronically signs my name to a year lease and accepts it. I am told in the state of MN this illegal.
I spoke to N C Board of Realtors who told me to file a complaint against her.
I will also being filing complaints with Better Business, Chamber of Commerce
And Consumer protection in North Carolina. Surprised to be going down this negative road with a company such as Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Realty trapped

Mandy trapped us in two steps,

1) High prices. She said my house can be sold for $280K, but it's worth 265-273, so I put the price $273K.

2) Push.

She said the price would going down and we signed contract she could put the sign For Sale at once.

Mandy has no experience to sell resell house.

I have signed a contract for one year and broker asked me to pay $5000 for terminate the contract. I have a huge debt now to buy house. Please give me a hand.

Coldwell Banker Realty listing agent

My name is [removed]
On Saturday July 29 2017, at about 9:11am, I got a call from the +1 (914) 450-0799, inquiring about if I was still interested a 2 bed/1bath property listed in Chappaqua, NY for $2, 500/month...I was.
I proceeded to ask him if he was the owner or listing agent and if he was LA, what were the fees, and if it was going to be owner or tenant paid.
After he disclosed to me that he was the LA and what I had to pay in terms of fees, below is an except of the conversation we had:
Me: oh, that is out of my budget. I won't be able to pay that. I don't think I can continue with you. Which company are you with?
Him: (calls out a name I didn't get and when asks to repeat it, sounded annoyed)
Him: how would you want to pay it
Me: (thinking he is asking for payment plan), how do you guys normally accept payment
Him: upfront
Me: oh, I won't be able to afford that. I'm really looking right now for listings by owner
Him: how is your credit
Me: my credit is not good, I know that. That is why I plan on paying 6 months upfront, so I don't have any extras for agent fees
Him: click!
And he hangs up on me!
All I had was the number he called from, no name, no company! I was furious. So I send him a text expressing my distaste at his unprofessionalism. He claimed he had a bad connection, yeah? I'm not a fool! We were having a perfectly normal conversation until I disagreed with him financially! He continued saying he didn't hang up and that he could give me the direct contact information to the owner after I told him I was going to report him to Coldwell (after googling up his phone number).
Now, I want to believe that this is not the kind of behavior or professional competence that Coldwell Banker is looking to be the face of their company. I do have a right to fianancially disagree on a business deal and not feel intimidated or strong armed into a financial binding that will not favor me. I have a budget I'm working on and am currently trying to bounce back from a very challenging time in my life and do not owe anybody anybexplanation as to why I don't want to pay an agent fee. It's a free country and it's my CHOICE!
I hope this situation can be looked into because this was very diasappointing, to say the least!
If you need any further clarification on the matter, I could be reached at [removed] or [removed]
Thank you.

Coldwell Banker Realty dealings with an agent

Luke & Kriscinda Davis
1630 Syrup Mill Rd,
Blythewood SC 29016
June 21, 2017

Coldwell Banker
7464 Woodrow St,
Irmo, SC 29063,

To Whom it may concern:
I writing tonight because of unfortunate dealings that we have had with one of you agents, Craig Campbell of Irom SC www.coldwellbanker.com/agents/craig-campbell-29063
Mr Campbell had submitted an offer on behalf of his clients, no documents had been signed and we were in conversation with them while waiting to hear from their lender, USAA. During this time a full price offer came in, with a close date that better accommodated our family. Not to mention we were thrilled with a full price offer. We asked our agent, Sheron Pace, to follow up with Mr Campbell and to please let them know we had received a full price offer. Mr Campbell relayed that he was hurt by these actions, we could completely understand his disappointment. He then accused my agent of being unethical us of being prejudice against our military. Let it be on record that upon telling Mr. Campbell we had received full price offer, our agent acted upon our direction. Also while it is my hopes Mr. Campbell had a bad day, he unleashed on my agent and said accusations that are unjust and untrue of us and of her. We love our military and many of our dear friends serve, my husband is also a contractor who supports the Navy. After our conversation with Sheron, Luke & I ultimately decided not to allow a counter offer because we would not give our business or work with a person who conducted their selves in the way that he portrayed this evening. For the clients we are sorry. As an agent representing both Coldwell and USAA he was less than proffesional.
The reason for this letter is to exonerate the accusations that have been made against our agent. The home buying and selling process deeply personal and we must choose to business with agents who will treat us and our agent with courteous and respect.
With Regards
Kriscinda & Luke Davis
