On many different occasions we have went in the Vallejo Ca Costco and had issues with this assistant manager. Yesterday August 4th 2017 the assistant manager Kevin was yelling and screaming and one of the employees working in the meat department this was uncalled for and very unprofessional. When we approached Kevin the assistant manager he had a very unprofessional attitude towards us because we asked for a product. I work in a government building and this would not be tolerated. It seems as if he bullies a lot of his employees around and many expressed that they do not like his attitude. We have the executive membership there and are unsure of me will again renew we spend at least a few hundred dollars in there a week and do not need to be treated like garbage and the employees do not need to be treated that way as well especially coming from an assistant manager. I hope something is done with Kevin the assistant manager sooner than later because a lot more customers see his attitude towards other customers and in store employees. Employees should not be treated and be humiliated in front of customers or other employees. This is very unprofessional of Kevin, he needs to take customer service classes. I have never seen someone as rude as him and speak to customers and you let alone their employees like this. How do you expect employees to enjoy their job when they have to walk on eggshells around their assistant manager. Please I hope something is done to the assistant manager Kevin at the Vallejo California Costco store.
