In-N-Out Burger - in n out drive thru professional

Just left this location I went through the drive thru and I guess came in the wrong way or somthing and was screamed at to turn around and told that I was stupid for not being able to read the sign. After turning around a car came through and I was then told by the same drive thru professional that I was an idiot and didn't know how to drive. I didn't expect this kind of treatment so close to Camp Pendleton I am a four time combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient I asked the drive thru person when I was paying who the professional out there taking orders was and I was told her name was karibella who knows if that's true. This occurred on Monday dec 2, 2019 at approximately 7:30 pm.
