I originally was called my M. at the S. office of Ideal Image to "sell" me on procedures for their new W., CA location. With the understanding that she was checking to see if I would pass their credit finance before I knew it she had me signing a Docusign where I had no understanding I would not have 72 hours to back out of the contact. All along I was thinking it would not be valid unless I completed the procedures. No explanation otherwise. It seemed very deceitful. Immediately I tried to call and then email M. to no avail. I called and emailed the W. business. After a few days I spoke with E. in Reno sales and C. (not sure her position other than she was referred to me to help me with my situation). After a couple of conversations, C. said they could give me a $250 lifetime membership for free (since it was never presented as an option for a discount on services) and then she referred me to finish up my contract with E. for the discounts that come with the membership etc.. At first E. was very helpful and was able to see that the procedure for laser was not a full face laser unlimited hair removal procedure, as originally contracted with M. but a partial unlimited face laser hair removal. She said with that change the discount given with the lifetime membership would still bring the cost to $4100, which was my original contract bid price. She was working with numbers and said she could possibly get my contract to around $3800 instead of $4100 with the discounts added by she would have to clear the change with C. Through an email from C. she said she was not authorized to do that and she would refer me to someone else. I texted E. and told her. She replied once with no resolution. Since then I have heard nothing from C. or E. and so I called to speak to the manager at W. office today (Monday, June 13, 2022) and still have not heard anything. I was told the manager was not in the W. office but they would put an "urgent" on the message to call me sometime this afternoon. Still nothing. This has been a lot of added stress and it seems very sketchy to me by the way Ideal Image is handling my concerns. I would appreciate a resolution to my questions with Ideal Image... either cancel my contract so I can go elsewhere with a company who cares about my business and treats me with respect or call me back so I can finalize my contract and move forward.
Desired outcome: A resolution to my contract questions. Either finalize my contract changes or let me out of my contract so I can go elsewhere.
