We went to Edwards on Sunday to see the Barbie movie. We haven’t visited Edwards in so long because of cleaning and safety issues, we decided to retry our visit but this time it was even worse. The customer service was just awful, the lady handling our order serving our popcorn with all her finger in our bucket of popcorn after handling money. The entire place was full of trash everywhere. I’m very disappointed in my experience and would like something to be changed. This happened at 1200 Lake Dr, West Covina. I’d appreciate if all the workers would be properly trained on how to handle food and hygiene. To maintain a clean workspace for safety issues. Especially when someone has long nails, the most bacteria stays under long nails. I’ve been in the business over 20 years and this is the worst I’ve ever seen. I hope you guys take this seriously and take proper action in managing your location.
