Elica Health Centers

Hi,

My name is Jeri harman and would like to file a complaint on elica healthcare staff and nurse practitioner FHANGUY CHI. I was refused proper patient care from 6/15/21 to present. I have been in SEVERE pain due to a ankle injury. I took a x-ray and they didn't request a stat result. Chi at elica healthcare refused to give me pain relief meds untill she received my x-ray result. She told her MA if I was in that much pain go to ER. I sent her pictures of my injury and she still denied me help! I told her I had already been doing my own home remedy which still wasn't helping. I informed the staff I was in SEVERE pain and agony. Still denied HELP she just brushed me off. I had several failed attempts to get HELP. I feel discriminated against because I am on medi-cal. This isn't the first time I have been denied patient care. I want a full investigation and follow up response. The lack of compassion and patient care I received is horrible I called thw STAFF in tears do to pain and suffering. And they still didn't care I also left MESSAGE for a supervisor and still have yet to be called back. I also had my insurance carrier CONTACT the office with no resolution.
