I was charged $79.97 on a Saturday for help filling out grants. I never received the C.D and I was waiting for the C.D. to fill out the Grants with the proper wording to get approved. I called on Saturday when I was charged to explain to them I never received the info.
Their office isn't opened on Saturday so I waited to Monday to call . I didn't thing anyone was going to answer the phone again because it's Marten Luther Kings Birthday. To my surprise they answered the phone. The women didn't hear anything I said and started getting very rude. I asked to speak to her Supervisor and this is what she told me, ( I WAS NOT WORTHY TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR); I couldn't believe my ears.
I never signed into the account or used any part of their web site. I'm a 100% disabled Veteran and wanted help getting a grant to help me fix my house. I'm having problem with my roof.
I called back after the women hung up on me, I asked to speak to a supervisor again . I was talking to the same women again; The women just told me you can call all you want and you will not talk to a supervisor.
I wrote them a letter and this is what I said,
I have been waiting for a C.D to help me fill out the grants.
I’m a 100% disabled Veteran and every dollar spent needs to be accounted for.
I called customer service to see why I haven’t received the C.D and the women started to get
very rude when I asked to speak to a supervisor . She told me I was not worthy to speak to a supervisor.
Then she started to get ugly with me, then hung up. I called back again, I asked to speak to a supervisor again.
She told me that I was going to keep getting her and she will not transfer me and ended the call again.
I called back again using another prompt hoping to get someone else but again I got the same women now this
time she said she was a supervisor. Once again she was very, very rude and ugly.
I had my wife try to call and they said they WILL NOT talk to her because I was harassing them. I never knew asking to talk to a supervisor is considered harassing. I can’t believe this is how your customer service person takes care of your costumers.
The charges were made on a Saturday, we tried to call when the charges were made but you are not opened.
My wife and I called on Monday to take care of this matter and this is how we are treated. I guess that satisfaction guaranteed has it’s fine lines.
I never filled out a grant before and I was under the impression that I needed the C.D. to get the right vocabulary words to fill a grant out right. I never signed into the account because I was waiting for the C.D.
To be honest, All I was waiting for is the C.D to get started. I tried to explain that but at that time she didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. The women wouldn’t let me finish what I was saying. I never was treated like this except when I was a prisoner of war.
I would like someone to call me back from someone that has manners.
Thank You,
SFC Peter
