I have tried to report this 2 or 3 times. I'm told that Pizza Hut cares and yet I hear no more once I report this.
I had a terribly messed up order. And another complaint is that my local pizza hut's prices are sky high in this time of Covid when so many are struggling for work and income.
So I don't get to order pizza very often. But I had a really bad day last Monday and I just wanted a nice meal delivered that might cheer me up.
So I ordered and "Suzi" who took my order set it for carry out when I ordered delivery, and I guess my pizza just sat there for an hour, until I called again.
I called Suzi back and she tried to charge me again for the pizza - and she yelled at me because she said it was carry out - when I had ordered delivery and told her the hotel I was in, and room #.
Suzi frustrated me so badly, that I asked for a manager. I got a manager, Madison, who was rude too.
I finally got my pizza. I was told it was 10% off but it looked to me like it was MORE, not less!
Nobody cares about this but I used to love Pizza Hut and this local one just sucks.
I don't know why Pizza Hut doesn't care about its own community or customers. If we all stop coming to Pizza Hut, I guess they might have to close their doors.
I felt attacked actually - discriminated against and certainly treated very rudely!
And online reports have done no good.
