I went into a Chase Bank branch at 3306 Centennial Blvd in Colorado Springs at approximately 9:05am on April 12, 2019 and spoke to a representative by the name of "Barbara" who promised that she would notarize my documents in a "few minutes " . There was one other lady ahead of me.
After waiting for 10 minutes, a third lady came in.
Instead of advising the other lady that she would take care of her after she handled my business, she gave her full attention to this 3rd person.
When I mentioned the fact that I was there first, all Barbara said was "I am trying to help this lady"
As a Chase Bank customer, I feel as if I deserved some respect and priority and I don't believe that this would had happened if I were not an elderly black female.
I would like an apology
