I have asked to speak with the corporate office a couple times now as my service experience has been less than stellar. I have taken my Tesla in a few times to experience a less then desirable experience. Whether it be the lackluster communitions platform or the lackluster work received. My most recent visit was due to an accident where I was rear ended by another vehicle. I requested the repair and was given a outside agency that was to repair the damaged bumper and door mechanism. The bumper took over 3 months to repair and I personally had to call Tesla and schedule a day to repair the door mechanism because the repair facility told me that they could not get Tesla to contact them back to complete the repair. On top of that delay, my Tesla was left outside and not cared for, so I received a huge amount of hail damage because the company did not take care of my personal property. When I brought this frustration to the Tesla repair shop in Colorado Springs, the same agency that referred me to them, they said hail damage happens and that I would need to put in an insurance claim to have it repair because they do the same thing at their shopping leaving customers vehicles outside to be damaged. This seems very unethical and very poor customer service. Secondly, when I did get my car back there was wind noise coming from my passenger side window, so I made an additional appointment to have it repaired and again I was charge for poor work on your repair facility and was told that they would charge me to look at it as they felt the problem was not because of their repair. Now let just use a bit of common sense: if the noise was not occurring before the repair and then the noise started happening after the repair there is more than likely a correlation. But I still approved the estimate even though I stated this numerous times to the service representative. Which leads me to my next problem which is the fact that they discovered a problem with my right rear assembly that is going to cost over $2500 repair, after it was reduced because I wanted an explanation for the original cost estimate of $3900, I know that Teslas are an expensive vehcile and repairs can be costly but this drop in almost $1500 dollars seems to be a problem when I questioned the repairs. I then have been informed that my car is not safe to drive because of tire wear and tear and now they will not verify the work unless the tires are replaced. I have asked them to release the tires to me and send me pictures of the original damages, which I still have not received. I understand I do not want anyone to get hurt but the vehicle was safe enough for me to take the technician on a test ride to show the complaints and he never once expressed any concern until after I refused to pay for new tires. But now that I am asking for them to release the tire and wheels to me, so I can have them replaced by a third party because I do not want to be uncharged and gouged for tires, I am not being communicated with nor allowed to come pick up the tires that should have already been removed from the vehicle during the inspection that discovered the situation. The vehicle being deem unsafe should not be driven or moved so it should still be on the respective lift that the vehicle was first examined on. I am extremely frustrated with the degradation of the customer service for Tesla and I have zero faith that the problems occurring with my vehicle are real and or being fixed appropriately as every time I take my Tesla in for service, I get back in worse condition then I brought it in. i.e., additional damage to my interior molding when I had the screen replaced and the modem/ processor fixed, the recent window debacle, and now my right rear assembly.
Desired Outcome (because of the limited characters offered in this form) I would like my tires and wheel released to me to so I can get them replaced and get my Tesla in a safe manner so I can verify the other repairs that need to occur. I want the window repaired at no cost to me as this was because of the previous door repair, I want the hail damage repaired on my car without me having to file through my insurance, and I want you to revisit your customer service model and start to actually provide the customer service that Tesla promised when I bought the vehicle. Also, it would be great to actually be able to speak with someone when things are not right and or I ask to speak to a supervisor or be given the corporate office point of contact, as I had to find this through an internet search even though I asked my service representative for this.
Desired outcome: See provided information as character limit does not allow for all desire outcome input.
