Texas Roadhouse - Employee

I am writing in regard to our waitress that we had this evening. We had good service till the very end when I paid and tipped her and was going to hand her cash prior to us exiting the table and thank her for the good service. But when she brought our receipt she said here is your receipt and maybe next time I can be of better service to you. I said oh no you did great and she said "Oh I did well you didn't show it by the amount you gave me and walked off. So we asked for a manager, but the manager never spoke to me directly. The waitress came back over and I said I am sorry but I asked to talk to a manager. The manager who should not be a manager came to the table and was scared to death to even speak to me. She had nothing to say and was sticking up for the waitress and I said it is all good I will contact Corp. cause you could care less about what just happened. This location is terrible, my potatoes was about the size of a golf ball maybe slightly bigger. I was in shock everyone else had very large potatoes, and the steak was over-seasoned as always. The remaining time we were there the waitress continued to walk by and look at us and roll her eyes. She was so rude and then when I asked for a manager when she did come back she said oh I'm so sorry that I can not help you she told me I needed to apologize and I said no not with your eye rolling and smart remarks to you make each time you walk by us. Our friends had never been to Texas Roadhouse and were shocked at her responses and remarks. I want a full refund and someone to contact me asap.

Desired outcome: Full Refund, plus a phone call in regards to the employee/and manager

Texas Roadhouse - Complaint over food.

My husband and I went Friday evening Nov 4th. He ordered Sirloin 11 oz med, and I ordered Sirloin 8 oz med rare. They were very busy, so we waited quite a while for our food which was fine. When I got my meal, my steak was well done, my husbands was perfect. They took mine back, and reordered a med rare for me saying it would take 8 to 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I finally got my steak!. My husband was ALL DONE with his, so I just asked for a to go box. So we didn't even get to eat our meal together. I got to watch him eat. So much for a Happy Birthday dinner. However they gave us 2 bags of free peanuts. Whoopie doo!

Claimed loss: No loss, but I didn't want to just sit there watching my husband eat. And I never got supper. Brought it home for lunch.

Desired outcome: I would like a coupon, so we can go back and eat OUR SUPPER together.My husband the 11 oz SirloinAnd me the 8 oz Sirloin. [protected]@yahoo.com
