We drove 40 miles after adding to the waitlist, in horrible weather conditions, our group of 6 for my wifes birthday, only to be turned away by a 90-120 minute wait, along with several other couples and groups around the same time, no room to wait inside even if we wanted to, and absolutely no care or concern for us by the restaurants employees, i am very disappointed in this but i feel confident that your company will show no concern for this either, in discussing this issue with other friends, who also have experienced this in the past and never returned, could it be advised that people would prefer to have a reservation, especially for special events, end result we went to another restaurant and spent our $400+ and were welcomed to what was an excellent dining experience, i know where we will be going in the future.
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE AN APOLOGY ALONG WITH A SOLID REASON WHY I SHOULD CONSIDER YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN, A SIZEABLE GIFT TO ENCOURAGE ME TO TRY TAKING MY FRIENDS THERE AGAIN
