Me and my family were looking foward to a nice dinner at your establishment. My mother and brother went in fist and got us seats. When we went to sit down we noticed two tables that could fit 6 people and were very confused when we sat down in not only a booth for about 3-4 people to sit 5. We were also confused by why the table was a half table/booth. The table was wierdly sticking out and a chair was awkwardly put next to the right side. The table not only posed utterly horindous and useless was not only rendering us but also the staff as they could not get to a certain table filled with more people more efficantly. An utter falure on your establishments part. There were two other perfectly clean tables available to accomidate me and my family in a normal setting that was not awkward or inconvient to us and the staff.

I was on hold to place a to go order for 15 minutes. I called in to see if they were open and taking to go orders and one of the staff members said he would get a manager and put me on hold for another 10 minutes. This is unacceptable.T his is not the first time that this has happened. When you are placed on hold there is no music or talking or anything, it's just silent. No way of knowing if there going to answer or not

Tonight after a long day of work I take my kids and myself to eat dinner, we sat down and we knew already what to order, food comes out in a timely manner but my steak was way overdone, so I ask the busboy ( server looking at his cellphone) to change it, several minutes pass by and still no steak so my son decided to go to the bar ask the server about the steak and the missing side order, he seem to be bother by the request and he go to the kitchen where I can see just chatting with the "manager" her name is Sam according to him, several minute later he comes back and tells me that is going to be another five minutes and walked off, I raised my voice to call him again and ask for a manager. This is where it gets interesting, she comes over and with an attitude from the get go ask me what I can do for u, I explained the situation and she proceed to start making excuses about how long a refire steak is going to take. By this time my kids are almost done with their meals and I didn't have mine, she came over with the steak and throw it on the table like she was doing me a favor with and nasty attitude. The steak had a side dish that I dint ordered and the melted marshmallows was all over the meat, I told her that I didn't want it and she said " if u don't want it don't eat it, when we redo a steak we out some side dishes ", I never in my life I heard such of poor excuse, not only I didn't ordered, but it was all over the meat, what makes me think that it was a steak for a different table. I was so angry and I told her that I didn't want to eat anymore and just get me the check. Not only she didn't apologized, she literally kicked me out of the restaurant and illegally charged me for something that I didn't consume. I'm reaching out to you in order to put this person in a rigorous costumer service training or fire her for not having the skill to deal with a costumer. Not only she didn't take care of the costumer but she didn't reprimanded the employee for been on his cellphone when he's supposed to take care of the costumer.
This kind of manager is the one who bring big companies to bankruptcy. Poor costumer service skills and complete lack of sympathy for an aggravated costumer. I hope u guys will pay attention to this manner and make it right.
It costs me $80 for a meal I didn't eat and a good portion of bad attitude

Friday 13, 2018 went to eat at the Texas Roadhouse with my family
I ordered a House Salad in the salad nestled in was a clear glass marble
The waitress asked if I wanted another salad of course I said no
The manager came by and said if everything was okay.
I don't know where that marble has been and frankly I'm a disgusted.
undercooked chicken
During dinner at the Texas R.H. in Glen Mills, Pa on Baltimore Pk. I ordered 1/2 baked chicken which was served "undercooked" I called the waitress and showed her and she apologized and returned it to the kitchen. 5 minutes later, I was served the same chicken still undercooked and had the smell of being microwaved. I called the waitress again and she again apologized. She said she would report this to the mananager. The manager never came to our table. We were not credited for the item which I did not eat. We did not press the issue even though the restaurant was not crowded at 4:47pm. We ate at table 418/1 and our server was Kate. We will not return to this restaurant to which we have frequented over the past 2 yrs.

I called ahead for 15 golfer friends Sunday July 4th 2018.
3:00pm. Restaurant was not busy at all.
They said we had to stand there till everyone arrived.. we eventually went to the bar.
One couple had extra guests and called to say they'd be alittle late..
I went back to desk and spoke to a young man. Sorry I didn't get his name. Heavy guy and light hair.
He said we could sit at our table if I knew what to order for them for drinks
I said how do I know what they want to Drink!, There were 5 of them..
Then he says do u know what to ordered for them for their meal!
How could I possibly know what to order for them! 3 Adults and 2 kids!
It just went back and forth till I finally just walked back to the bar.
Frustrated as could be.. I couldn't believe what he was saying to me!
Finally a gal come along and took us to our table!

I had recently been hired on and started training at the Texas Roadhouse between deal and Sycamore Illinois. I show up 30 mins early to my 3rd day of official training and i am then pulled into the office by a hiring manager who informs me that my training is done and I will not work for them with absolutely no reason or cause as to why. I feel that I have been descrimitated against by the owner and his employees at this establishment and let go wrongfully and abruptly without explaination.

Myself and my family went to your Texas Roadhouse Restaurant located @ 280 Russell St. Hadley Ma. On 7/5/2018 @ 6:15pm my wife ordered a Sirloin Steak 6oz. and asked for it to be cooked medium it over cooked the 1st time 2nd time was cooked rare asked to have it put back on for one minute was left on way longer and came back a 3rd time over cooked and I'm pretty sure that you aren't supposed to put meat back on a grill that was brought to a customer and cut with the customer's already used utensils note the manager on the shift doesn't know what medium should look like and also allowed the cook to put that meat back on the grill I'm pretty sure that is a health code violation!
I'll be waiting to speak to the CEO of the company..

steak fries portion size
Every time I order steak fries as a to-go side I ask for double fries. Today I was in a rush and I didn't have to time to let the restaurant know to pack the second side of fries separately. I get home & there's literally about 20 little frie "chips" as if they just gave me the bottom of the bag. I'm greatly disappointed, and this isn't the first time. This isn't worth my $11.

On 6/30/18 6:30 or earlier to order a catfish dinner I called in and order a catfish dinner and was told it would be ready at 15-20 Min. I got there and I waited over 30 min and order was not ready l had to ask where my order was and it still was not ready. I asked for a refund if not ready asp. The young girl brought my order and the fish looked old and broken up in pieces I told them I didn't want it and to give me a refund. She said she had to get the manager and I said Good let me talk to him. He came and looked at me and started refunding my money several reciepts came out I'd the machine and then he said her and I am sorry I said what if I was a secret shopper and he never tried to rectify the order and gave the wrong tickets my account is charged twice foe food that I didn't get and we called him and he still did nothing

The air conditioning at Texas Roadhouse on Bethel Road Columbus Ohio 43220 was not working on Friday June 29th - it was miserable in the restaurant. It should have been closed. I am contacting the Franklin County Health Department
The lettuce and cheese in my salad was warm! Honest to God it was literally warm- lettuce
This is unacceptable for hardworking people who don't get to go out to eat and when we do it is a treat

For now all I will say is that the manager, Martie at store #569 in Naples Florda, does not treat her employees well. There is much favoritism, nepotism, horrid hosting staff, and Marty does not care about the servers as long as the buts are in the seats and shes got a full house and making her money. An employee recently threw a punch at another employee who she was fighting g with and accidentally hit a different server, and nothing was done about it. She does not care about her full time permanent employees and no acknowledgement or appreciation is given to the top end service staff... POOR management skill I believe. We there twice.The first time we when we waited 20 for someone to come take our order it was not crowded..Then we waited for every to get our drinks...That was on the 6/14/2018..Then we when last nite which was 6/21/2018 we order our food an it wasnt right order..My meat was supposoed to be medium i was done.My boyfriend pototoes was so cold the butter wouldnt even melt..So we told the waiter he took them back an got manager she come out there say she was sorry it happen it offer us another meal for anther time..I was very very upset i pay for drink an leave..Huntsville al ..Our number is [protected] or [protected]
food left out of pick up order
I frequently dine-in or call in pick up orders to the Texas Roadhouse in Lubbock Texas. I placed an order for four people for Father's Day dinner. Repeat back of the order over the phone was correct. When I went in to pick up the order everything was correctly repeated back again. She did pull the containers out of the bag and put them back in as she called out what was on the order. When I got to my parents house for dinner, one side was left off of two of the meals. The sides had been called out as she went through the order when I picked it up. Of course already being at home, I did not go back to the restaurant to get two sides. I did call and tell the girl answering the phone for call-in orders, better attention needed to be placed when packing to-go orders, as well as when going through them at pick up. I too will play Closer attention next time. This was at approximately 6p on June 17th. It was Father's day and they were very busy, but when you pay for a service you expect to get what you're paying for.
I wouldn't even voice this complaint but it has happened a couple of times in the past, though I caught the mistake when I picked up the food.

It was filled above capacity wait time with call in times was 3 hours. It was beyond greedy of this restaurant to keep accepting reservation or call ins as there staff call reservations. Staff personnel who handle customer check in was uninformed gave wrong wait times etc. This restaurant as a whole needs safety checks done for utinsles being properly cleaned buss boys going to clean tables before customers have left.

I had an interview last week Monday with the manager Cory. I was looking for weekend work and maybe a night or two. Cory talked about cold prep and then he asked me would I be interested in doing some baking. I told him I was interested. He told me to come in for a second interview with Daniel. I told him what Cory said what was available. He acted kind of shady but said he would call me back in 24 hours. I have called them both twice. Cory said he would get together with Daniel and call me back. He never did. I talked to Daniel and he said there is no positions available. I have 24 years of food service. I believe Daniel discriminated against me because of my age. I noticed the two times I was in an interview, I saw one older lady. horrible fatty steaks
On Thursday, 6.7.18 my wife and I went to the Texas roadhouse in Pueblo. We called ahead. We ordered chicken fried sirloin and mashed potatoes. The only thing that tasted good was the salad. The steak was full of nasty fat that I had to expel in my napkin, half of my large steak was rolled up in the cloth on the table.The potatoes barely had gravy and I was never asked if I wanted another drink. It cost 45 dollars plus tip for a lousy meal.

So about 6 years ago I was fired from Texas Roadhouse in Harlingen for PERSONAL reasons. I was helping a manager Sandy move her stuff out of her condo at the island to her new place in Harlingen tx and mind you this is a personal relationship we should not have had or her asking her employees to even do such things. Then she offered her place to me for the weekend and took it back so I got upset and told another employee that wasn't right etc. That being said when I was tell my employee about this someone "heard" that I had called her a name that was NOT even said. So the next day I come in and got let go. Mind you they never gave me an explanation to why I was fired in the first place. I don't think this was right and 6 years later I try to get a job at the roadhouse in Brownsville and sandy whose husband is the GM there makes a comment "oh it's you" so we he said that I knew I wasn't getting hired for PERSONAL reasons because that was his wife whom I have never made amends with. This should have not played part in me not being rehireable and I think this was not only hurtful but this was not only my wrong doing I would just like to say that I should have never been put in this situation in the first place. So please hear my cry out for help because this is not RIGHT. Especially after 6 years and people change and for this to happen should not happen to anyone. Thank you for your time.

We went to Texas Roadhouse in Huntington WV my husband and both ordered prime rib..the server came back and said they ran out...ok..so we order Ribeyes, . His with shrimp, both medium cooked. So when the food comes out he has his steak and no shrimp...steak was well done not medium. My steak was a New York strip, not a ribeye, I ordered a ribeye because I like Ribeyes, not ny strip. Well they brought the manager over she got my husband's shrimp and ordered 3 times to cook him a new steak, she did not even acknowledge I received the wrong steak. She ignored me completely. The bar tender ended up cutting the check by $12, because my husband complained that I wasn't offered the correct food and acted like it was our fault.
