On April 27, 2024, 7:53 pm, Pasadena, MD, location for dinner. We were charged for two appetizers that we did not order and did not receive. I called the restaurant, and it was closed on Monday morning, 4/29/2024. My husband paid for our meals and when I was filing the receipt I noticed the charges. I received a call back on 4/29/2024 as a result of completing this form online. I spoke with (can't add name due to your policy) who assured me that my husband's credit card would be refunded the charges. As of the composition of this second request my husband has not received the reimbursement credited back to his card. I am expecting this location to do the right thing and refund our money for appetizers we did not order and did not receive. Thank you.
