Taco Time The service and the food that I got

I went through Taco Bell yesterday and got a soft burrito and it crisp meat burrito and my crisp meat burrito was broken into. I have a picture of it. They charge you $4 for the stupid thing. It's burnt and it's broken too. I got this in Salem, Oregon. I live in Dallas, Oregon which is 30 miles away so I wasn't about to go back. But this is ridiculous and I can't believe they even think that. That's good service plus [censored] for sauce. Nothing was in the bag. They don't give you a receipt but I did take a picture. Desired outcome: I don't know my desired outcome. Well you wasted my time and actually like Taco Time Taco Time and I drive miles to go to it because I like it better than Taco Bell and I go there with my co-workers sometimes

Taco Time I received the wrong product in my order

I had an order for a crisp meat burrito, and I had is crisp bean in the packaging that was for a crisp meat. My order was wrong. Consumers are paying extreme amounts of money, if they choose to come and eat at your estabulation. When I get an item that I did not order, and should have been an item that I paid the extra cost for, I am extremely irritated! This has not been the first time this has happened. I am at the point that taco time will no longer be a go to just for that reason. You guys need to make this right with me, and how I intend to share my experience with others!

Desired outcome: I expect to get the product I order. This has happened several times now

Taco Time Order was wrong

I ordered a classic beef burrito at the drive thru at 7:40 PM on 11/30/2022. The guy that Took my order was nice and took my order correctly at the order screen. I waited in line for about 7 minutes. When I got up to the window the same guy that took my order told me the total and I handed him my debt card and then back along with my food. When I got home I order for myself the Classic soft burrito with beef combo, there was only refried beans from front to back 100% beans which don't equal beef. There was no rice or guacamole. It was already to late for me to return back to Taco time Since I have to get up in the morning and have to go to bed early. I could not even finish half of my burrito It was completely disgusting and ruined.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my combo the classic soft burrito beef compensate.

Taco Time Bb and rice

I buy this all the time and the pico..Pico... it seems in the evening I get half as much $2.64 Snohomish WA. June, 15th at 4:10

Taco Time customer service

I was at your taco time restaurant located at 12404 E Sprauge Ave in Spokane Valley, Wa at 5:08 pm. order # 174. I ordered the #3 Big Beef and got chicken and I also wanted the 4 for 5 on the menu as well. The kid behind the counter only took the order for the #3 and I stated I wanted the 4 for 5 as well. What i got was refusal to correct it and only a sorry about that. I felt like I got a slap in the face for my troubles. ...After I made a complaint about this, I was told they tried to contact me several times and found it to not be true. I had asked them to provide proof and they have failed to do so

I live in sutherlin, oregon and have to travel to roseburg to go to taco time, many people here want a taco time, we have a taco bell but their food gross mush
