I ordered the same as I got last time is and is how I can say the above order was way under cooked and sub par at best. The time prior it was great food a lil too much sauce on the extra cheese peperoni so I asked for easy on the sauce this time. The pizza came quick but was so disappointed hardly ant cheese on both pizzas let alone what I ordered it was very doughy and again way under cooked. The pop was warm as well. As a person on a fixed income its a treat to order in but what came was utter garbage. Thanks for taking time to read todd. [protected]@yahoo. Ca

Pizza 73 Pizza

Unfortunately we got our pizza and it was ice cold I don't think the chicken was even warm on the pizza and that would have been okay but we just moved into this place and there's no way we could even warm it up so we just had some cold pizza when we just wanted a hot meal... We got it with the wings and the two sauces but I had asked for one garlic and one ranch and we received two garlic's it's been awhile since we've ordered pizza 73 so maybe it's not up to par anymore.

Claimed loss: We ate about half of the pizza and put the other half in the fridge normally we would have eaten the whole pizza and the wings tasted kind of funny with the garlic sauce considering they were hot wings so we only had about two each.

Desired outcome: I'm hoping maybe next time they can be more diligent in keeping our pizza nice and fresh instead of giving us a cold one and maybe double-checking the sauces that we ordered considering we didn't get the ranch.

I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about because I had complained on Friday last week about the pizza delivery and I hadn't heard anything back from anyone about even just a simple apology?

When I talked to the person on the phone they were the ones that told me to leave the complaint with you guys and you guys would resolve it and so I have waited patiently and then got this message saying everything is resolved?

Cuz everything is not resolved nothing happened about anything and nothing was written to me or sent even a 5% off coupon so that they would have repeat business from me and my family not to mention my staff of 12 people who religiously order from them every couple months at least... Is this how you/they do business in resolution? I feel like crying and now feel I should be reimbursed every penny of the $49 I payed + the tip I gave of $7 making it a $56 meal that was basically only 1/3 of it eaten...

Pizza 73 Recuitment

I was told I had a job with you guys as an idependant service provider. I completed the training modules and the lady who recruited me has stopped replying after I reached out to say I finished the training. So now I don't have a job, and I have all this useless pizza 73 knowledge in my head, that I spent 8 + hours learning. This is extremely unprofessional. The lack of communication on your guys part is ridiculous.

Claimed loss: 8 hours of my time, training for a position I thought I was hired for.

Desired outcome: I want the lady who recruited me to be reprimanded for her lack of professionalism

Pizza 73 Pizza 73 chicken wings

I ordered 150 pieces of chicken wings from Redeer branch on 12th August 2023. The wings were the worst ever chicken wings I had in Canada. No flesh at all only a coating, extremely dry like rubber, the sauces used to toss the wings were very bad quality.

I took them to a picnic and everyone who ate it had very bad experiences and started blaming me for having it from there. Required action should be taken against the store. I spent approx 190 cad which was a total loss.

Pizza 73 Complaint about service

We ordered one veggie pizza around 8.00pm it's pickup. They told us 15 minutes. When my wife went in side to pay and pick up pizza. She came and sit in car then one employee came and started shouting that you have wrong pizza then my wife went inside and pick ours order. I was really surprised that employee doesn't care she should come to us. It's really lack of professionalism and customer service.

Pizza 73 I am complaining about the employment harrasement i faced

I want to just tell you that i worked on the below listed location in pizza 73 there is a new manager she is the wife of owner and not knows much about the work. Because she has just joined around 3 to 4 months ago. I was working there and one of my fellow put the wrong toppings on the pizza but i didn't knew who cause store was very busy that day. I said i only applied the sauce on the pizza but sho got angry on that she said i don't like your reply. A day after that there was a order of 21 pizza and there was a mistake. As usual she came to me and said you said you only apply sauce here and stuff like that and started harrassing me. But the thing is that i said for the one pizza not for the 21 pizza order. When she was proven wrong she got to her husband and started complaining falsely about me. Firstly her husband was quite nice to me but after the incident he also was harrassing me. He was everyday telephoning in the store after two hours asking from others that whether i am working or not. This made me very nervous during my job. Last week they didn't gave me any schedule without informing me. One should inform that whether he or she has a shift or not. This week also they still haven't messaged abou the shift they neither gave me nor deneid me.

Desired outcome: I just want that Pizza 73 should inform the manager to how to treat with workers. If i have pay left they should give me. Also i don't to work at this location anymore cause they are annoying.

Pizza 73 Classic curly fry poutine disaster

On June 25th I ordered this new curly fry poutine for the first time as it's new and I love poutines to the core. It was hands the worst thing I ever ordered. Like the absolute worst. Could not be salvaged, I tried to eat the curly fries around the edges but they were all doused in nasty looking power which wasn't anything like a gravy. I've never been so disappointed with pizza 73 before. I tried calling customer service 4 times after but wasn't able to get though the same day and then I tried to call them the next time I ordered just pizza and they said they couldn't do anything for me as this was past the 72 hour window. I asked if they could do anything to resolve the issue but they preferred I just leave a honest review as they don't have to deal with it. Kinda makes me never wanna order from here again.

Desired outcome: Credit me my $7 that was wasted on the abomination.

Pizza 73 Phone in order

I always use pizza 73 when I order pizza. Today I called to put my order in but the guy on the other end seemed to be annoyed with me and didn't want to answer my questions. I asked for the specials and his remark was we have pizza with wings -that's all... what about your pizza with the pop special - the one I ALWAYS order. REALLY, is this CUSTOMER SERVICE?

GUESS WHAT... I won't be ordering pizza 73 for dinner tonight!

Pizza 73 I did not receive half of my salary after leaving the job

I was working part time in pizza 73. I left my job on a well advance notice. When I received my salary, I was supposed to get paid for 4 hours I.e. 60 dollars minus the taxes which equals *57 cad* whereas I have only received 36 cad. I calmly requested my boss (Mr. Jay) to send the rest of the amount and he talked to me very rudely plus gave non sensible answers to my genuine questions. I have attached the screenshots below. Pls have a look.

Desired outcome: I need my remaining amount to be paid plus the compensation for the trouble that I went through

Pizza 73 No show no food - money gone

Had got back from funeral. Hungry orderd pizza 73 on april 22 around 8:00pm & said it was getting delivered @ 9:22pm. This was located in spruceland Prince George the only location here in town. I waited for my order downstairs for 45mins no one showed up. It says food was being made order total was 46$. I would like to get refund please & thank you

I would agree with you , July 5 2023 I ordered a Canadian and Hawaii pizza , the driver came the door and charged me twice . came here to make a complaint about this mishap sent them a scanned bill and what took place and they still asked for more information. To me this complain dept. is a stall tactic for good hard working people to get scammed out of their money, They never resolve anything, except write now and then on line to show how bad they really are. Pizza 73 uses this site to make believe they are trying , mean while this fake complaint dept. just brushed it off. If this site was so good ,why such a low ratio of success, this is the last pizza 73 see my money, and to make matters worst this so called fake complaint dept. never got back to me when request more information when I asked what did you need to help get my money back. Never heard back from then again.

Pizza 73 Full refund and compensation for suffering.

I ordered a pizza and wings. I ate half the pizza and a couple wings. I got extreamly sick after eating the pizza. I tried for awhile to stay calm. My arms went numb with a really bad headache. I couldnt stop myself from throwing up all the pizza. I stayed up for about half the night. I couldnt lay down. I called pizza 73 and they wouldn't do anything and told me my only option is to go to this website.

Pizza 73 Inadequate product info

I ordered a medium two topper last night, some time around 10, 10:30pm, as per usual on days where I don't have the energy to make supper after work. The website was changed, which is nothing unusual - most things update as time goes by. Love the new order tracking btw.

I noticed when I was customizing my pizza that there was a new option for the sauce - a Punjabi style that could be applied. I eat a lot of East Indian food, so I thought I'd give it a try.

I am still feeling digestive distress today. It wasn't overly spicy (not a flavourful spice), but there was an aftertaste... After-heat? It's currently 8:45pm, and I don't want to touch my leftovers. Even though everything else about the pizza is great.

Desired outcome: I'd love if pizza 73 would include an easily found, thorough description on their online menu as to what the Punjabi style customization entails. Added ingredients in particular in case of sensitivities or allergies.

Pizza 73 delivery of food

Hello,

Last PM I ordered a pizza. A small Hawaiian with BBQ sauce and some onion rings.

When I received my order all the sauce and toppings on the Pizza were stuck to the side of the box.

I called Customer Service, they apologized and I was given a second order.

That was great..Thank you so much!

Well to my surprise...SAME THING! Sauce and pizza topping all over the side of the box.

I would like to be refunded my $28.

Why would I pay for pizza I can't eat properly?

I called again and I was offered a $10 credit. I am sorry but that is not right.

I work in the Customer Service industry, it is always better to fix mistakes 100%.

I have been ordering from you for many many years, you have always fixed the mistakes 100%.

Pizza 73 Thin pizzas, jalapeno poppers and "Florentine" pizza

Thin pizzas were greasy; my "Florentine" pizza had no spinach on it, instead substituted with green peppers, and the base was some goopy sauce that made the thin pizzas so soggy; and the jalapeno poppers were soaked in grease that left the bottom of the box they came in completely wet with grease, and a jalapeno popper had exploded, but still served.

There was absolutely no care in the preparation of the food, probably because we ordered it for delivery. Had we seen the state of the food, before we added a 10% tip, we would have refused it!

Desired outcome: Speak to the shift responsible and hold them accountable for their actions. Teach them about customer service and having some pride in what they are making! Friday nights are our time to order in and enjoy an evening of not cooking.

Pizza 73 Phone call threats, rude, and being aggressive

9:59pm Thursday evening march 23, 2023.. Someone called my daughters phone #. Number showing caller I. D [protected].. freaking out asking for address, than hang up, called back again being very rude, aggressive, asking is a street, ave, as he needs to deliver food.. 20 pizzas, pop and something.. Saying for a party. I said we didn't order, he said I don't fN care you need to pay up.. I said we didn't order and I hung up.. Called pizza 73 customer services.. Talked to a Scott, he said he will figure and deal with it on his end. And apologized for what happened.. Would call Non emergency RCMP line.. But closed now

Pizza 73 Delivery

I just ordered 2 large pizza for my family and it has been 2 hours I called and they said they took the address down wrong, now my kids and my family have been waiting they said they will give me a 16 dollar credit that won't apply till the next time I order. I order from you guys all the time. And they couldn't even help me out on my order and now want me to wait for my new pizza plus pay full price and wait to get credited next time i'm so upset with your service and will be giving you guys zero stars

Pizza 73 Don't have my postal code in their system

I had to order from their custom service dept and couldn't place my order online like I normally do. First time was fine. I had cash to pay. Second time I was used to putting my card number online and thought I could just give it to them. (It is my husband's card and I just put the number online whenever I want to order something) I don't have the physical card. The driver couldn't take the number without the card. He phoned the store and the store couldn't put it through for some reason, so he took my order and left. I can't get past the postal code online to order because it says it isn't a valid postal code. Well it is I have ordered from several different restaurants. I phoned their store and talked to an employee and then a manager and they all said there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service I have ever had and I worked in customer service for many years.

Pizza 73 My pizza

When my pizza had arrived at my home my pizza box was not sealed along with the pizza box which was Squished and cardboard stuck to it I hadn’t had time to make the call I was working late get off early morning so therefore my children now showed me what was in there pizza after I spent $89.00 I asked the kids to give the driver a $10 tip who was not happy about it so how much do we tip cuz I paid $99.00 on my order I am so unhappy about it and I’m not the one to complain but this was crappy service
