I am disappointed with the service I received this evening. This was the worst Customer Service I have ever received.
I called around 4pm to place my order. I asked the rep on the other end of the phone if there were any specials. He was quite rude and advised there were none. I ordered 2 Large pizzas, 1 pepperoni and 1 ham and bacon. That was it. My total came to $34.73. I pick up my order from Tudor Glen location in St.Albert and noticed there was a new flavor of pop in the cooler. I asked what it was, and it is the new can for Nestea. So, I inquire about the cost, the man working said they were $2 each. But then he went on the till and punched up 2 Large pizzas & 4 pop combos, and the total was $28.43. So, I paid more for just 2 Large pizzas with no drinks. I was a little thrown back by this. The manager ended up giving me the pop for no cost as I already overpaid!
Not only was I advised of NO combos, now I paid more than I should have. Isn't your staff trying to get the customer the best deal? The manager explained that the rep I was speaking with rang my order in as a CYO create your own pizza rather than the Double down. Why would he do that? So now I'm really upset and called back to pizza 73 and asked to speak to the manager. His name is David, and he was extremely apologetic and sincere. He told me about all kinds of specials Pizza 73 has going on!
So very disappointed! Unless I work for your company, I would not know or should know what a CYO is or a Double down. How can I trust that I'm getting the best bang for my buck?
Desired outcome: I would kindly like a refund for this untrustworthy customer service. I am robustly disappointed to order from Pizza 73 in the future.
