late, cold, rude
So I ordered some wings and poutine from Pizza 73. 1 hour and 45 minutes later it arrived. I had called about an hour and a half or so after I ordered it and after waiting for 12 rings somebody answered. I complained about it taking so long and instead of an apology all I got was "We do not guarantee that we can deliver within 20 - 40 minutes." It arrived 10 minutes later, cold. Normally I would call and complain, but not this time. This time I decided I simply will never order anything from Pizza 73 again, and they will go without my estimated $150 a month that both my company and family spent on them. This simple act of rudeness and unapologetic response from them just cost them close to $2000 a year in business, and more once I put the word around on the social networking sites. They will learn first-hand that the most important customer is the one who they piss-off, and who has a very VERY big mouth. :)
My replies to some of the posters here is totally justified, because it requires minimum observation skills to determine that about half of them are trolls and toying with them is merely a cheap form of entertainment.
Again, for someone who's name implies that you effectively use logic, I find it rather curious and humorous that you would resort to using both a non sequitur and and ad hominem in your response. If you really want to be schooled in reasoning and logic, come to www.thethinkingatheist.com forum and exchange dialogue with the real reasoning and logistics experts. :)
For someone who sports the name of "Champion of Logic" it is stunning how you failed to reason that the poster "Moldeat" utterly failed to read the thread- as did you also- in which both of you would have noticed that not only did I point out earlier in the thread that the impostor posting with my name was fake, but so did the poster with the name of "Blame the Parents Here."
So therefore, "Champ, " where does your so-called "logic" leave you now?
And, Moldeat, if you actually had a clue on how to effectively use a computer to verify things you would have right-clicked the "John Gallant" on the post that said "I would fire them, " then chose "Open in new tab" and compare that info against what you would you would see if you did the same thing to the John Gallant name on this post, you would see that one is from "Red Deer" and the fake "John Gallant" is from Burundi.
But I guess I cannot expect you to demonstrate that level of intelligence?

What part of "I foot the bill" did your minuscule stump that you call a brain so miserably fail to understand? I pay for lunch at my office for everybody at least once a week. I can't help but notice that you are obviously a troll on this board, as I have checked into your comments from other people and 90% of your comments are designed to disagree with the person no matter what he/she complains about. * Kevin- I did say that, and told them they had 10 minutes to get it to me or it would be refused at the door.
Not sure about all those who read this review, but I am 100% certain that my office will never call them again, and my family will never eat there again. After all ... I foot the bill.
undercooked and not good
I ordered 2 super mild 2 top pizzas on Sat Nov 1st in Calgary (3 - 1427 37th street sw)
at aprox :3:10pm. order # A8823359
1-Hawaiian and 1 pep mushroom
The pizza's were basically nothing but undercooked dough with a few meager toppings on them and as for the cheese it was barely noticeable !
So, I called your customer service and talked to a gentleman who told me that all I could get was a $7.00 credit on my next pizza order.
Why would I want to order another pizza from them? I offered to return the pizzas but he replied that all he could do was give me a $7.00 credit.
I paid 28 dollars(with tip) for these pizzas, what a joke, it seems to me that pizza 73 doesn't seen to care about their products or their customers.
I ordered couple of pizzas the other night from pizza 73, 4912 43 street around 7:30 pm on july 5 2023,#537:21:csc:r4 when the driver delivered my order we had a problem with the debit machine and I was charged twice for the same order.
I paid $60 for a pizza wings funnel sticks and when I got my order everything was freezing cold not worth eating or anything tastes like s*** and very f****** cold
Spent about 38 bucks on pizza and it was absolutely disgusting tasted like it was 3 days old. Thought I would take a chance on a different pizza place but I'm going back to Domino's next time
when we tried to Order a Couple of Pizzas last Night and they tried to charge us @20 dollar delivery charge. we only leave three blocks away. I think they were trying to scam us. Sorry never dealing with pizza 73 Again
Not impressed
I was supposed to get a movie pass with my order and there's no mention anywhere on my receipt of a movie or I didn't get a movie pass
I just got yelled at by a supervisor named John!
I called to complain about the pizza I got with 0 sauce and was yelled at by a employee on the phone... asked to talk to a supervisor and he got angry and started yelling too.
I'm not impressed this company should be embarrassed.
my husband and i order a $22 special...when he arrived it was $29.95 and with taxes it came to almost $35...$6.00 taxes? really? Also my pizza with extra cheese had spots on it with no cheese at all so there was no "Extra" cheese...I usually like their pizza but tonight was a rip off and very disappointing.
Asked for a student discount and even had my school card, but they told me no.
I called in a order and I asked then not to cut the pizza when I got it the pizza was cut for the 3rd time and customer service will not do a thing about it I will put a word out there not to order from u since this is strick 3

Well it is a good thing that there are a lot of other good pizza places out there. It is amazing how much variety there is in Canada. I could really go for some good thin crust stuff right now.
