I recently tried the Spicy Chicken Wings from Chicken Licken and they were absolutely delightful! The perfect combination of crunchiness and spice made them a great snack option. The portion size was generous and left me fully satisfied. The tangy sauce complemented the wings perfectly. Definitely a must-try for chicken lovers!

I'm very disappointed with chicken licken Oxford Street Southern wood,East london,eastern cape..I bought 3 rock my soul 3pieces,2with chips for R68 and 1 without chips for R58.problem is that they pack cold chicken and very salty,even the colour of the chicken turned dark to show it was long time out of warmer and in stress of the chicken salmonella because of I'm 100% sure that the chicken was out of time for it to be sold.maybe it was a return from another customer.this chicken was supposed to be discarded but they decided to sell it to me..I'm very very disappointed and I'm praying that it's not only me having this issue.salty and cold

I bought Rock my Soul 6 for R105.
I'm very disappointed about what I had found when I arrived at home after buying. 6th piece of Rock my Soul 6 it was so small and I can't even identify what potion is that from checken. Im very disappointed about that for my R105 I could have spend maybe some where and be satisfied. I don't think I'll recommend you anymore. Thanks for nothing but disappointed.

Chicken licken meal
Festival mall chicken licken am not happy about the fact that they don't want to give customers the straws if in their order they did not order meal with a soft drink no matter how much you can spend but if you came with your own drink and ask for a straw they won't give it to you, saying it's not allowed. I think that just poor customer service and cruel. I ordered a meal costing R163.00 came with my own juice then when I asked for just 1 straw they refused I was so disappointed and didn't know how I was going to consume that juice without a straw. I ended up going to Debonairs which in nearby and they gave me without even buying anything.
Desired outcome: I wish they can change that stupid rule it doesn't make any sense and take care of their customers.

I bought 6 piece of chicken today. 14 February 2024 in The Van Der Walt Chicken Licken store. Chicken was burnt. It also.tastes bitter because it is burnt. I only checked the pieces as soon I got to my flat, only to realize that they have served me burnt chicken. I also found it strange that immediately after purchasing the Chicken it didn't take them long prepare it. It's almost as if the chicken was returned by an unsatisfied customer and Most pieces are white meats.

I made an order today at chickenlicken via ubereats in Bryanston at Sloanstreet. I received my order and my roll was rotten and now I'm even scared to eat the meat. When I called the lady that I was talking to had the audacity to try and blame the delivery guy, which didn't even make sense at all because when I received my order it was sealed. If I had eaten this food I would have had food poisoning and those a medical expenses. I really don't want to have to go on social media or hello peter for this.. I would like to be compensated not refunded but compensated. I have the recording of the lady, I really don't want to put it out there.

Horrible Customer service was the order of the day at chicken licken bree street, just opposite the taxi rank this morning 08 June 2023 07:30am. I was literally the second customer to buy and they kept on taking out orders for everyone else but mine, even after bringing this to their attention they carried on taking out orders for other people but mine and spoke amongst themselves a language I didn't even understand, I asked for the manager only to find that she's also in the midst of it, not courteous at all, her name tag was written Jane, they took my slip still not giving me my order, it time before I could get what I ordered still yet there's a manager there...

At around 7:35 earlier today, 23 April 2023,I passed by chicken licken qwaqwa setsing and got my family 6 piece of Rock my soul, only to find the chicken uncooked and had water inside. I showed the lady who gave me my order then she called the manager. When the manager approached me I told her my order doesn't satisfy me, the chicken is not well cooked, then she told me I should've given her the food to check it for herself and she's not going to waste her time helping me with such small problem. The stuff started talking bad about me and they were busy laughing at me. The manager was very rude towards me, I felt so little!.

Service at the "fly-thru" was so bad. The lady had bad attitude and resorted to gossiping about me with other employees when I went into the store to complete the order. Upon confrontation, I was ridiculed and shouted at by the same employee as she came out from the booth and further gossiping about me. He supervisor had to come to the front desk to reprimand her. Clearly there should be a footage of her and attitude. The other employees seem to know about her attitude and refrained from stopping her. She was then sent to the back.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a disciplinary conduct to be instilled against her.

3 original pieces on the 22nd of December 22 at brits mall.
1. The boerie deluxe didn't come with chips, I had to go back to the store to get the chips.
2. When I got home I realised that 1 of the pieces on my rock my soul had been cut. I couldn't go back as I was already home.

Unpleasant meal
I bought a boerie burger at the Bara Square Chicken Licken on the 16th of December, after 11am n it was burnt to crisp. My order number was #1167. The other meal was made to perfection, only the burger was really disappointing.
I was unhappy with the meal but i couldn't go there and complain since i reside very far from there.
I ended up throwing the burger away because it was inedible n bitter for my son to eat.
Desired outcome: An edible burger that we paid for

The meat. Rock my soul 3
I bought meat at Alberton city chicken licken on the 24th of November and attempted to eat the meat following morning which was 25 November. Unfortunately when I took the first bite, I realized that the meat was rotten and had worms all over. I then called the shop and spoke to the manager, he told me that I'm lying, even after I told him that I have a video of the meat and still have the slip, there was no apology whatsoever, the staff was laughing at the back as if this is some joke. The fact that I ate rotten meat, should not be a joke.
