Please see my complain below & response below from your careline regarding empty promises.
I wish to complain about my order that was incomplete, that was purchased yesterday (27/07/2023).I purchased some chicken & sides at your Braamfontein branch.
Upon receiving my order I never checked & only noticed at home that my fries was not included. I tried contacting this branch with no luck.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

This will definitely be brought to the attention of the store concerned and internal measures will be taken to avoid such complaints from arising in the future.
The store will be contacting you within 2 working days to advise on how they will be rectifying this matter and also to apologize for this incident.
Return/refund policy:
Should you not be completely satisfied with your meal you need to ensure the meal is returned to the store in the same condition and Chicken Licken packaging with your till slip.
If the food has been tampered with or discarded a replacement cannot be issued.
All feedback is forwarded to the franchisee and addressed at the store level.
Desired outcome: I think an apology to start off & the reason why they are promising to sort it out with no communication at all what so ever as promised. I mean really I payed for my incomplete order.
